Holy cow, when it says across the street from one of the entrances to the ruins, its not an exaggeration. It is literally across the street. The host Dino is incredible. He made coffee and breakfast for us every morning, which was perfect and delicious and so beautifully set up. He was great with our kids, as he has similar aged children. Our room was beautiful and we had a HUGE balcony with a full table that overlooked the little garden in the back. The bed and the duvet was so comfortable we were genuinely surprised at how soft and relaxing it was. The duvet was so soft and fluffy, I wanted to check for the brand to buy one for myself. The BnB is located right next to a cool pub/restaurant called Mericano. But there are SO many really great restuarants within a 5 - 10 minute walk all around. Do not miss out on this place, seriously. It is PERFECT.

The accommodation is located directly opposite the least frequented entrance to the Pompeian ruins. It is close to the train, there are many restaurants and cafes around. We spent five nights here, we had a clean and nice room with a balcony to the courtyard, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a shower. Morning coffee and a fresh croissant immediately made our day. The owner is absolutely wonderful and kind, he advised us what to see and how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Great place to stay just outside the gate to Pompei and about 10 minute walk from train station. Dino could not have been more welcoming. Although our train was delayed, he was waiting to greet us. He gave us a lovely room with a hot tub/shower bath with private entrance, sent us to a nice restaurant down the street and provided invaluable information for visiting the ruins. Breakfast was very nice - typical Italian breakfast. As we only had one night in Pompei, Dino kindly held our packs while we toured for the day. Definitely a 10☆ stay!

I liked that the property is so conveniently located to one of the entrances to the Pompei Ruins. I liked how Giovanni and his mother were welcoming and attentive. I like how clean and efficient the room and bath are. They even have a towel rack that heats up to dry and warm the bath towels! The bed was one of the best for comfort on our trip. The shower is spacious and there is a good supply of hot water. The AC works well. The one flight of stairs was fairly easy access with luggage. A hot croissant with hot tea and coffee made the day. The rest of the breakfast is a bit underwhelming. I would definitely recommend the place for great value and comfort.

No issues but the taxi man had a hard time locating number 121 on Via Roma Italia. It is clearly marked but it was blocked.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect! The AC was good when needed. Directly across from the entrance to Pompei ruins. So convenient! Our host, Dino, is so friendly and helpful, and extremely hospitable! There is a space to hang your clothes if you need to wash something out while traveling. Even better, they offer a laundry service at a reasonable cost, so you can give laundry in the morning and have it hanging to dry later the same day. Water, coffee, and other drinks were available downstairs. Our room had a nice outdoor space that looked over a garden sitting area too. I only wish I had made this our base and stayed longer while exploring the surrounding areas.

Everything was really good, including breakfast. I wish there were some hard boiled eggs and fresh veggies, but that is specific to me.

The host was very friendly, and easy to get along with. Room was close to centre of town and the ruins. Modern place nice with a nice vibe. Kitchen to cook our own meals.

Only issue was the Kitchen didn't have anything to wash and clean Cutlery, no cooking utensils, would be nicer to have stuff to cook with, but as it was a new apartment, we are assuming it will get there! Also, no bags in bins, not sure if this is an Italian thing, but felt weird with no bags. These aren't put offs, just suggestions on how to make this place even better!

Location just a couple of minutes walk to the least crowded Pompeii entrance is absolutely brilliant and allows one to visit the archaeological park several times a day if needs be. But it's not only that, Dino, the host is the best ever! Whatever help or information you require - he is ready with it :) Be it a refreshing prosecco after 7 hours of exhausting walk through the marvels of Pompeii or a drive to or from the airport, tips on which newly reopened Pompeiian houses/villas to visit, help with one's shopping, and washing or recommendations for eating out (btw Lucius a few minutes away is a fantastic dining experience). Dino also has a lovely team! I stayed twice and it was pure perfection and so much fun all the time! Complimenti! Da non perdere :)

Can i give this a 20?! What a great spot! I wasn't even supposed to stay the night after going to Pompeii, but I'm so glad I did. Man Dino was the best host. So friendly and accommodating. He did everything to make you feel comfortable. Just a great person all the way around. It was so much fun to be around, and great suggestions. You can tell he takes pride in his place and his city. Next time.im staying here for a week, and it's easy to visit everywhere from this place. Also, it's so quiet... Oh wait, the breakfast was great, and the bed was amazingly perfect. The AC works so great. Stay here instead of Napoli or sorrento or anywhere on amalfi. Better food in the city, more friendly, easygoing, more space to move around.

It is just opposite to the anfitaetro entrance of Pompei ruins. There are plenty of restaurant, coffee and bars within a few blocks distance. We were staying in two of the new rooms - both of them were super. They were spacious and clean with a nice modern look and feel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with everything, they have a lot of good advises for when, where, what is best to do. Breakfast was also nice with fresh croissants, jam, yoghurt etc., and most importantly coffee. There is parking space available on site which is rather convenient if you rent a car like us. However the train station is also quite close and after experiencing the traffic around naples train might be a good option too.

It was all good, maybe a few more hangers for towels in the bathroom would be nice.

Absolutely loved staying here. From the front it's quite unassuming but once inside it's very spacious! We were on the top floor, and our host Dino carried our luggage up for us. The room was bright, modern, clean and even better than the photos! Lovely modern and clean bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable too. Breakfast in the mornings was really lovely, there was plenty to choose from and we loved waking up to the smell of freshly baked croissants! Our host was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The location for visiting Pompeii archaeological site is perfect as it's only a stones throw away from one of the entrances. There's plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby for food and drink. There is a bar below which can generate a little noise, but remember you're basically on one the busy main streets so expecting silence would be silly! The noise did not bother us at all. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere close to the archeological site to stay
