We were very comfortable. Spotless and host very pleasant.

We did not know it was on 4th floor and no elevator. At 82 and 92 this was a hardship.

The property was very clean and modern fits in the apartment with a little balcony and separate kitchen area. The staff at check in were. really helpful with lots of information on the area including some very nice places to eat . The optional breakfast offering was really varied and cheap at just €4a day. You could also access cold drinks and snacks throughout the day on an honestly box basis with a bottle of cold water at just €1 to take on your travels a bargain.

Although easy to find, you did need to walk a good 10 /15 mins to both the ruins and the centre of town so might not be suitable for those less mobile and the rooms were on the 2nd floor with lift.

Was on 3rd floor after 20 days travelling we would prefer less stairs.

Was a great stay will stay again within walking distance of Ruins and Pompeii Station, being virtually in the heart of all that's close Rome 70 mins away by train,changing at Napoli Centrale, Herculaneum ,Naples and Salerno,Sorrento etc 5 days was not enough ,Hope to Stay again as Mirko,was available 24/7 if required ,for any assistance required. Views from the apartment was breath taking ,Dont expect the Hilton class if thats what your used too,however was a close 1st at being 2nd with out a gym and swimming pool,value for your money and extremely safe neighbourhood 24/7,and the people are wonderful and 90% of them speak English if you can't speak Italian, but like it more if you can fortunately for me I can family orientated, So come on people well worth it and great for families with little ones ,if your physically impaired unfortunately this not help as its stairs only ,however again if you are or your carer can assist go for it

Breakfast was a variety but was repetitive, other than that if your hungry you'll eat it.

The place is immaculate and modern. Location is walking distance to the other entrance to the ruins, so not as long queues as the main one. You also get to see the charming town itself. Near the main railway station, not the Pompei Scavi. Easily accessed by car, lock up parking space. We had a balcony with view over the mountains, lovely to sit with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The area is very quiet. The B&B is on the top floor of a house without a lift, so be prepared to climb 4 sets of stairs.

That it did not state the lack of lift

The location of the hotel was good, the view was even better, we had a direct view of Vesuvius. Having a sweet little balcony made the view even more enjoyable. The room was the cleanest room I stayed in Italy.

I can't say I'm dissatisfied. Maybe more coffee options in the kitchen. A filter coffee or cappuccino would be nice in the beautiful balcony view.

Good accomodation at a reasonable price. Nice big room with good WiFi. Excellent secure parking with electric gates at no extra charge. Very secure for my motorcycle. Good location for restaurants and ruins approx 11 minutes walk.

The walk to restaurants is via some quite secluded streets. Be aware the rooms are up four flights of stairs with no lift if you have mobility issues it may not be for you.

The manager Mirko was really nice and helpful. I stayed in a double bed room, and the suite was perfect. The bathroom was so big and clean, the facility was so nice and functional. Have a small but useful kitchen that provide everything you need. The location was great, literally 5 minutes walk from the entrance of Pompeii. Had a nice stay and would definitely recommended.

The only tiny drawback is that there's no lift and it was on the top floor (4th floor).

Great set up, very high tech with everything automated. Secure parking was perfect and w of the property. A shared kitchen area with lots of snacks and foods on offer at a cost. Room space was great for 4 of us and the location great for the ruins as well as a good sized supermarket nearby.

Unclear about whether breakfast was included or not, we went to a cafe nearby but used the kitchen to make our sandwiches from ingredients we bought locally.

Comfortable, clean room with a/c. No frills stay but served the purpose, not sure that I would classify it as "luxury".

Check in process and instructions were done virtually when we arrived. This worked but having this info sent prior to arrival would be helpful. I didn't understand the breakfast process and was told there was a waitress but I never saw anyone so we went out to eat each morning.
