Everything was excellent, the location was extremely suited to explore the Amalfi coast,Pompei and Naples.The owners Angela, Rafaela and Luigi were the most welcoming hosts who went miles above and beyond to cater to our needs.They prepared an exceptional traditional Italian breakfast every morning which started off our day really nicely. They were really helpful in recommending hotspots around the location and even going out of their way to accompany us in Pompei showing us around.The actual villa was spotless everyday and had everything we needed.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing hospitality and practicality. Thanks again and looking forward to visit you on our next trip in beautiful Italy.

Nothing to complain

The location was just right - in a neighborhood. We were able to walk to a market and a wonderful neighborhood restaurant with great food. The breakfast offering was the best! The woman that prepared the breakfast even made eggs for us the second day. She was very friendly and even though we didn't speak the same language, we were able to communicate via a translating app. The owner met us at the property and was very helpful and friendly as well. The property itself is very well kept, very well presented and very comfortable.

The location was ideal; walking distance to the Pompeii Ruins and easily driving access to the Amalfi Coast. We only needed a bed and shower since our time in the room was only 8/9 hours per night. Everything was clean and appeared to be fairly new. The room was small but the owner did a great job with the use of the space. The breakfast and staff were awesome. Plus are arrival was delayed until after 11 PM; Luigi met us and made sure were settled in, our breakfast needs addressed, and even sent a note 30 mins after check-in to make sure we were ok! Awesome!!

Extremely clean cozy place, perfect location close to the city center and public transport, but quiet and relaxing! Free parking zone! Very reach and delicious breakfast. Amazing and very kind host, helping for everything we need like rent-a-car hiring, online booking of tourist places, advice for a trip, restaurant and so on! Strongly recommend for a stay if you plan to visit all famous places in the area!

I can't rate them with 20 points :) Really this place has no minuses!

I would like to thank the owners of the Xenia B&B for an amazing stay, for making us feel welcome and helping us with everything we needed. The B&B has a great location near the train station and not far from the city center. The rooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable, furniture is new as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty with homemade pies everyday, fresh croissants and great coffee. Our whole stay was very pleasant and comfortable and I can recommend this B&B to everyone visiting this area.

Pompei Scavi station is 22 Min walk, but this is not really a disadvantage.

Really impressed by this accomodation. Very clean (even the TV and Climate RC are desinfected and handed out in a bag at check in ) all is also rather new. The breakfast is fantastic (and for breakfast I have rather high standards) and is being prepared individually according to the wishes! At this price second to none !

We love our stay in Pompei. Amazing staff, helpful, discrete and polite ( one morning the lady took us by car to the train station). The Xenia B&B is close to everything, very clean, a great quiet location, good breakfast ( continental), comfortable beds. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and was served just for us and one more couple. It was very fresh! The whole family was so helpful and welcoming! Luigi kindly drove us to our next hotel. We loved it!
