We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The pictures on booking.com undersell the view and facilities. The view is a 10 out of 10. The breakfast is plentiful, with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and meats. The staff were overly helpful. We had room #1, which is a superior double. It had a huge deck and outdoor shower. For a 3 star hotel and the price this is a very good option

They are having a problem with humidity on the lowest floor level of rooms, and I could smell must in the air.

Our experience at Holiday Hotel in Praiano was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. A massive thank you goes to Omar at reception, who was simply amazing. Before our arrival, his communication was incredibly prompt and helpful, providing us with all the necessary details. Upon arrival, he greeted us with a detailed map and all the information we could possibly need to make the most of our stay on the Amalfi Coast. His guidance was invaluable. We also greatly appreciated the nice breakfast offered, which was a lovely start to our days. The availability of free car parking was another huge plus, especially in an area where parking can be a challenge. The combination of the cleanliness, the excellent service, and the convenient amenities made our stay in Praiano truly memorable. Highly recommend this gem!

Not for kids

We had an amazing view, our room was very clean with daily housekeeping service. This hotel is family owned and operated, 3 generations. The Community of Praiano is just beautiful with an authentic Italian feel, we truly loved staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Don't come with a mindset of feeling like you are at home, check the ego at the airport, that's why we visit different countries to experience the different cultures. Ac won't be very cold but it kept us comfortable. Rooms are typical size for Europe, don't expect massive rooms, you're in Italy, no need to have a big room, just a bed, get out and see some sights.

I really enjoyed the stuff, they treated us like family and helped us in many ways, arranging car service, looking into bus information, chatting real time, always friendly and helpful! Location was great, it was easy to get to other town on the coast because it was in the middle, bus is right in front of the hotel, breakfast was wonderful and a great view!

The neighbor sounds were very close by, and the beds were not very comfortable, but it was decent and the balcony were beautiful view and spacious.

So so glad we booked this hotel! The Amalfi coast is a crazy place, but Praiano and Hotel Holiday was the perfect place to escape the chaos! We don't think we would have enjoyed this part of our trip if we hadn't stayed here! The top floor terrace and the breakfast with a view were an absolute highlight - such a lovely way to start the day. The staff are wonderful - great communication from Lindsay prior to our arrival, Maryanna on the front desk super helpful gave us excellent recommendations for local places, and particularly the beautiful Laura and (?)Antonio who were so warm and caring and delivered an incredibly personal, relaxing and delicious breakfast/coffee each morning! My husband booked this hotel for the two of us for my birthday, where we stayed for a week. It was our first time on the Amalfi Coast, and the location of the hotel was superb for us, we appreciated the peace and quiet and the minimal tourists in the town compared to other parts of the coast. The terrace and room balcony overlooked stunning views, Antonio made us delicious coffee every morning accompanied by a lovely breakfast of daily fresh bakes, and the hospitality shown by Omar and Marianna was brilliant. They always made us feel at home and were very warm and welcoming. Omar very kindly upgraded our room. The hotel was also very clean, our room was tidied and fresh towels were replaced daily. We rented a car to explore the coast, and the hotel was ideally located in the middle of the Amalfi centre and the much busy attraction of Positano. Even if you don't have a car, there is a bus 2 minutes from the hotel to take you to the locations. We would highly recommend it!

Room only had a door with no windows, but we got used to that. View was fine, less than expected but still nice. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. Room wasn't very big but sufficient, we were out and about all day and literally slept there so was fine for our requirements. Lovely hotel and the reception staff were so helpful with getting around and providing travel and restaurant tips. We will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if we visit the Amalfi coast in the future.

There was no coffee in the room and when we went to the breakfast area to get two coffees to take to the room before breakfast we were charged EUR4 per coffee when we checked out yet coffee is free when you have breakfast. We weren't informed of this when we checked in.

My sister and I recently stayed here, and it was an unforgettable experience. All the staff were exceptionally kind-hearted and patient, taking the time to explain everything to us and offering fantastic recommendations on where to go and how to get there. Their warm smiles greeted us no matter the time of day, making us feel truly welcome. Marianna, in particular, stood out as one of the sweetest people we've met on our trip. Her radiant energy was a delight, and it was a pleasure getting to know her. Omar was also incredibly sweet, funny, and helpful, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The other man in charge, as well as the nice lady from the kitchen, were also so nice. Our room was impeccably clean, and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was good, providing a start to our days. We were just a 15-minute walk from Il Pirata Beach, which was a lot of fun to visit. Even though we didn't stay at a grand, fancy hotel, this experience was far more special. It felt like home, and we were so happy to visit. We would choose this heartwarming experience over any luxury stay without hesitation. We are so happy to have been at Hotel Holiday
