It was a great stay at the hotel. Even though the hotel was 30 minutes away from the nearest beach/town the pool with the view more than made up for that. The rooms were clean, not Monica clean, but clean non the less. The rooms vere very well though out and maintained, all in all a great hotel with awesome staff!

The balcony in the room was quite dirty and the drain wasn't cleaned (on the balcony). The towels, while larger than any other towels we have ever seen in a hotel room, were very thin, like washcloth thin, which was a little annoying, but not even close to a deal breaker.

This hotel is absolutely magnificent. It has stunning views and is very classy. It has a nice pool overlooking the mountains and a restaurant with food that looks great. They have a lot of variety for breakfast and was the first place that provides a mochachino coffee. I highly recommend this place for beautiful views and luxury. The rooms were spacious and they pay close attention to detail. I loved the zodiac theme of the rooms. Honestly, this place is great for a romantic get-away.

There is limited parking and the quality of the breakfast wasn't amazing, but certainly enough to fill you up. Although, it could have been a poor batch as it was a buffet style. The roads leading to the hotel are very bendy and narrow, but this is an Italian mountain, so my comment is more of a warning for those who struggle with such roads rather than a poor review. All in all, it was a delightful stay, and we intend to return to appreciate those views more fully.

The view from the hotel was marvelous - whole bay area together with Vesuvius. The staff was amazing and very helpful in every matter. There were plenty of food choices for the breakfast (and/or other meals).

Maybe it's different during the peak season, but we actually felt quite alone there. There were some larger groups coming and going, but during the breakfast or at the pool, we were usually the only guests there. Also the access to the hotel can be quite challenging considering the narrow streets in the area.

The views of pompei are very good. There are many terraces and a very big pool. The surroundings are tranquil and span several terraces. The dinner area has a superb view. The breakfast buffet was very good (except the coffee which was a big letdown)

The coffee was awful. It's so strange. Everything else about the breakfast was top spec. I just assumed the coffee would be good as well but it wasn't. Other guests made negative comments about the coffee while I queued at the machine. Also the dinner restaurant meal portions were small for the main dishes. Given prices were were quite high I was expecting at least a reasonable portion.

The staff were fabulous!! They upgraded our room, it was so clean and had amazing views from the balcony!! The breakfast was actually amazing! It was served to us by a lovely waiter! He just kept whacking food on the table! The croissants are to die for !!!!

There was no negatives about this hotel!! The only downside was the road to get up to the hotel. We had a very wide UK car and it was a bit tight. Would 110% definitely stay here again!!

Great 3 night stay.Firstly the 2 ladys that work in reception were fantastic. So helpful and always smiling.Room was lovely.Very modern and lovely balcony with a view of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.Breakfest menu is vast and you choose whatever you want and a time you want it each evening and it will be ready for you the next morning. You can also have it delivered to the room. Also done the spa and massage treatment. It was excellent and again delivered by a lovely lady. 2hrs in total. The staff in general are very polite and very helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing also.Fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend.

The only thing I would ask the hotel to consider changing is to put some deck chairs beside the pool.

The breakfast options were amazing, so many great sweet treats to start the day with. The staff were always very accommodating and also offered same day laundry before our cruise ship for around 25 Euro. The location is atop a beautiful hill with amazing views. We enjoyed the cruise through the tight village and experience a more authentic part of Italy.

Our room had a occasional odour, when we returned to our room (possible drainage issue?). We never raised this to the staff, as it was only for a short while.

It was an amazing view from the pool side to the mountains.

Unfortunately, looking out from your windows, we only saw back alley. To have a normal bean coffee it costs us 3 euros extra every morning. Food was constantly over (cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber). Being from the hospitality industry, we recognise when food from last nights wedding dinner is served, poorly disguised as breakfast the next day. It was both sad and hilarious at the same time.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the Panorama is superb and the outdoor areas are beautiful, the room is very comfortable and parking in the property is a must in this area

The location is beautiful although it is quite far apart, the size of the bathroom is a little small and it starts to require some maintenance in the shower, the sink and towels hooks

Beautiful hotel! The sunset is amazing 😍😍, good value for money and hour from Positano by car.

Food at restaurant could be better, we appreciate cooking and that is quite important to us. Everything else perfect!
