Pool Staff were very, very helpful and kind. I felt looked after and protected.

I was not on the site of the pool and the great house, I was 500m down the road. Breakfast was a bit lacking.. The car pick up was very expensive (20 euro for a 10min journey) Also they charged me on top of the high price of the room, a cleaning fee of 30 euros for 3 night but they didn't clean while I was there !! And only cleaned when I left!

I enjoyed everything. Parking. Beautiful rooms. Good and pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful and well-maintained yard. Positive and pleasant staff attitude.

One thing bothered me. I wanted to rest and there was a wedding party going on with loud music for rest. I enjoyed the wedding ceremony haha

If you don’t have a car it’s pretty complicated to get there with public transportation. The breakfast was good, but boring, same food every day. Interesting hotel rule: you must wear swimming cap in the pool 🙂

Loved the staff and spa facilities. Especiallt thanks for restaurant manager Giuseppe and the woman from the Spa. They both ensured we had the best time ❤️ 🅿️🚙The place has private parking, which is ideal for someone coming with a car.

Sounds isolation was not ideal, also there were some events happening on site. So suggest asking for a room to the street if it’s a weekend.

Beautiful Hotel, very stylish and spotlessly clean. Swimming pools was very nice and Hotel grounds very well kept. The staff very very pleasant. The girls on the reception were brilliant, no request was a problem, from organising taxis, pickups from train station and planning trips that would make our holiday more enjoyable. Top marks to the girls on reception 100%. Will definitely come back

The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The location is beautiful. Private parking is onsite. Breakfast is very good, with all kinds of food.

The hotel is not close to the main road and can be a struggle. Because it can be a wedding location, the pool is not much available for hotel guests.

The room was so spacious, with a terrace with a great view. The bathroom was big as well.

Not so many options for breakfast and what was available wasn’t satisfying enough for a facility of this kind.

Villa la zagare is honestly one of the most magical and special hotels we've visited together! We originally booked the hotel for 4 nights, but by day 3 we couldn't imagine ending our holiday so early, we extended the trip by an additional 2 days!! Prices are excellent, and it was perfect for a couple. I don't think you would find a place like this on the Amalfi coast for this price. The breakfast that was included was superb, and food was amazing quality and fresh! There is a wide range of choices and this was the best breakfast we had in Italy by far. We were full for most of the day and loved how you could order food to be cooked on request for free. The hotel also has a restaurant that we tried one night for dinner, it was proper gourmet dining and Vincenzo the waiter was very kind. There is beautiful lobby with a bar that serves cocktails, ice cream and frizzante in the evening :) The reception staff surely make you feel like you home and are really helpful with advice and tips on navigating the Amalfi coast The room was spacious, clean and had a luxurious feel. We had an amazing night sleep for the 6 days and found it hard to get up most morning as the Matress was so comfy! The shower and bathroom was spotless. We would like to say a big thank you to one of the waiters Alex, who saw us stranded one evening and gave us a lift back to the hotel for free at midnight! We are grateful for kind staff. The location is about 10 mins drive to Pompei and 5 mins drive to the station, so it's a better location than being in Naples. We made full use of the taxi service which cost 5 euros per person to get to the train station or Pompeii. Our driver Antonio and his dad Churo were great and had some nice humour. Our only request for next time we visit is that we wish the taxi service were running untill midnight instead of 10:00pm, as the cost of taxis with other services is extortionate / difficult to find late at night.

Lovely hotel with very responsive staff ,large bedrooms , we had an amazing city view with roof top terrace. Room service excellent. Quality of restaurant food was very good

Pool was not available after midday due to functions, lots of traffic noise in grounds

Good hotel with friendly staff and also a good location near the city. I enjoy my stay and was very happy and love to stay in this hotel again in the future.
