While the dinner served was enjoyable, it did not quite live up to the expectations set by the hotel's promotional materials. Additionally, I found that the hotel's location is somewhat misleading; it is not conveniently situated near the sea as I had hoped. This lack of direct access to the waterfront was disappointing, as I was looking forward to exploring the coastal scenery.

The staff were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, as from all areas of the hotel there are fantastic views of Positano or Praiano. The shuttle into Positano and Praiano was very helpful and the drivers were always friendly. The restaurant within the hotel was amazing, with delicious food at very attentive staff. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon. Thank you

Sometimes other guests were slightly noisy around the pool, especially the children. But mostly was very quiet and peaceful

This hotel exceeded all expectation. The view was umbelievably beautiful. The hotel is so luxurious and comdortable, the staff were so amicable and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed building a rapport with them. They show a good interest in guests. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious with fantastic dinner presentation. A shuttle service was available also to bring us and collect us from Positano and Praiano, which was an excellent addition. Would hope to return again to this wonderful hotel, thank you to all the staff for such a memorable trip

Location was amazing! it's not inside Positano, but they have a very convenient shuttle that took us to Positano in 10-15 mins. The view from the room is breathtaking and the room itself is clean and roomy. The breakfast was ok, nothing outside the norm. We would definitely repeat the stay.

We were surprised that the room had no free coffee or even a kettle to make our own coffee. You'll have to order coffee and tea as room service. Also very few water bottles given every day.

I didn't like the following issues in-spite of the hotel is rated as 5 stars luxury sweet hotel and very expensive accommodation rate as well: - No availability of iron in the suites " Only Hotel's laundry service" - No room service after 10 pm - No standing shower inside bathrooms "Only in the balcony" - small insects in the bathrooms allover - Lizards on the balcony wall were notable - Residence has no access card to the external gate to enter with their cars " We had to intercom call to open the gate and the road is very narrow in front of the gate"

Pool incredible views and so far peaceful- and outdoor gym with views super nice! Rooms not wow, quite basic and bit dated. The staff were generally very friendly and location excellent as a base to explore coast.

Didn’t really get the room I booked… “same category” but not as per pics, wouldn’t have paid that much if I knew better

Beautiful location beautiful people, its magnificent and the dinner on the terrace was like a scene from a movie.

We asked for the table on the corner and he said ok and we reserved at 8, but when we showed up on time he claimed it was book by another couple. It threw me off but thats fine. Also the rooms arent sound proof

Breakfast was excellent. Evening patio service was outstanding (Placido). Beds were very comfortable. Food was outstanding as well. Concierge service was excellent too.

Beautiful hotel , easy check in . Welcome drink on arrival is a lovely touch . Tasty breakfast on the stunning outdoor terrace area and the breakfast staff are very friendly , all of the staff were so helpful and would do all they could to help with anything. The shuttle that takes you to Positano & Praiano at certain times throughout the day is great and the driver was very accommodating if we needed picked up . The rooms are so nice with amazing views and housekeeping come during the day and again in the evening if you require . Spa / Pool area lovely and my husband loved the sauna we didn’t have time for a treatment but they looked good. We had room service one evening and the food was amazing and so fresh . The bar cocktails were great and again the staff just make this hotel what it is . It isn’t so easy to get a taxi to the airport it usually requires a day or 2 advance notice we left it to the last minute but the hotel did everything they could to get us one and managed . thanks again !

Amazing panoramic view and the given services was excellent. Hotel provided free transportation to near areas.
