I really liked the staff in the dining room who went out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. They have a personal approach to each guest, which we really liked. We have been to quite a few hotels, but we have never experienced such an attitude from the wait staff. We liked that dinner is served and not a buffet dinner, where guests would wait in line for food and jostle for food. The food was varied and delicious. It is great that each room has its own sun loungers on the beach with a safe. It is also commendable that they have free bicycles available (also for children), which come in handy when the weather is not suitable for swimming in the sea.

The staff at the restaurant were amazing! They always went above and beyond to ensure that we are having a great time and that all our needs are met. The food was fabulous! Location is also great and the hotel has a private beach which was also really nice!

The rooms on the 3rd floor are not renovated for some time and looks a bit rundown. Other floors seem to be in a much better shape. The hotel allows double parking which can be inconvenient especially if the driver is not leaving the key with the reception.

A very well organised hotel with very considerate staff and all the facilities you need for the perfect summer break. Starting with the check-in we received all the possible activities around the hotel and a place on their private beach (umbrella, 2 sunbeds and a safe included). The deluxe rooms are wonderful, clean and made-up every day. The hotel also offers free bikes, a pool and a jacuzzi (both on the roof) and its placement is perfect in the center of Bibione Pineda.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the whole hotel is very clean. Located in a less crowded part of town, but in the best part of town, right next to Bibione's best ice cream parlour and all the shops you could possibly need.

The breakfast was very good, even though the offer was the same every day but I think that everyone has something to choose from. A big advantage is free parking right next to the hotel and a private beach. The staff was very helpful.

In the roofbar the Spanish womem was so kind and intrested for our happines , thank you so munch for her and for everybody.

The location is the biggest adventage, as it was both in the centre and very close to the beach at the same time. The swimming pool is good thing as well.

The parking space was quite small. The overall look is more like for 3 star hotel.

Nice pool and very good location. It's nice to rent the bikes from hotel and cruise around.

It was strange that you had to order freshly made coffee for extra cost ( at breakfast) otherwise it was plain machine coffee that tasted awful. Some rooms are a bit outdated.

The beach was good..the sunchairs where good and secured also.the hotel was ok .

Same breackfast everyday.the normal coffe espresso (not from machine) needs to be extra payed.Alot of pets in the hotel ..barking was laudy and annoying.
