The crew of the recepción especiallly Guigla was out stand ing awesome Job she made all the time always smiling.

Many times the crew doesnt even say hello when I passed by . Thethe waiter and waiitress in the Restaurant need some training for sure. Clean ing table too fast and I was not even finished. One time at the dinner tablecloth was dirty ..after 8 pm they did not even refill the desserts and appetizetrs. I think everybody should get what the others doesnt matter what time you go. We paid the same . Dinner time is 7pm to 9 pm so I think 8 pm is not too late the buffet shozkd be always full .

Great place for relax and reenergise! Super staff! Fantastic location! Great pools and beach, The private beach of the hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. No hidden cost. Parking in the garage is free. No fee for sunbeds and sunumbrellas. There is a lot of around the pools and there is a dedicated for every room at the beach! You have a dedicated desk in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner in case of a half board pack.

There was the same selection of food for the breakfast every day. It would be good to improve. There were a lot of cold appetiser for the dinner. The number of main courses were limited. There was a "leading" food and mainly pastas.

Everything was great except the see-view room. I did not see any see from my balcony on the first floor however I must have paid extra for this view. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was outstandingly well done. Thanks for it. The staff were all lovely and helpful though, so that did make up for the room a little. Perhaps next time I book, I'll be sure to specify a higher floor, or maybe even just ask for a regular room if the sea view rooms on the first floor are, well, not actually sea view rooms! Honestly, the dinner really saved the day. The chef clearly knows what they're doing. I had the fish special, and it was cooked to perfection. I would absolutely recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting, even if they aren't staying at the hotel. Just a little disappointed about the room, but overall a pleasant stay including its pool, beach resort as well as its spa.

Everything was great except for the above-mentioned see view room location.

A fantastic stay for adults and children. Beautiful pleasant hotel, new elegant and comfortable rooms, everything extremely clean but cosy, perfect private beach (clean, enough space for everyone), really tasty food and wide choice, also perfect choice for children and vegetarians (breakfast and dinner buffet), really very kind, very friendly and very helpful and professional staff. Cars in the hotel garage. A lot of interesting facilities in the hotel and near the hotel (for adults and for children). It has been our first stay but we will come again. One of the best hotels (for us) we have ever stayed in (we travel a lot, have visited over 20 countries as a family).

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—something especially appreciated as I was traveling with a special needs child. The service was warm, thoughtful, and truly attentive throughout our stay. The highlight for me was the spa – an absolute dream! It was serene, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect escape for some much-needed relaxation. Being here in the pre-season made everything even more peaceful, with no crowds and a calm, easygoing atmosphere. The food was also amazing! A genuinely relaxing holiday that catered to both our needs and comfort. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet, supportive, and high-quality getaway by the sea.

The food at the pool bar could have been more delicious, as the breakfast was an absolute dream. However, the pool bar snacks were also priced well.

Where to start?! The best place for a summer vacation on the beach for a family with children. Spacious reception area, spacious rooms with sea view, access to the beach, nice swimming pools for kids, they even have a stage for night shows. Great bar/resturant by the pool. Excellent breakfast. Also the area surrounding the hotel is truly nice. They also have a shuttle that takes you to city and back at different times. Everyone working there is just beautiful and super helpful. I really want to thank them all. I especially thank Nicola at the reception who was exceptional in arranging our activities for the day. Also Sasha and Guilia were truly nice. We had a great time and will definitely come again, and I highly recommend for a family with children. A big thank you!

This hotel is great for families with small children. It is well maintained and equipped with all what you need during your stay. Location is great as well: both in walking distance to the shops/restaurants and to the private beach. Underground parking is well secured for luxurious cars stay. Incredible water flow in the shower allows you to save precious time of your vacation. Free shuttle bus transfer to the Bibione downtown. There were a lot of special occasion events and activities.

Floors in our room weren't cleaned on a daily basis and it is important cause some amount of sand was transferred from the beach unintentionally by us. Italian stuff was quite impulsive sometimes and gave disappointing warnings, but that is a part of local specifics and entourage.

The hotel is located in a quite part of Bibione and 3 minutes walk to the beach. I loved the beach access and the fact that we were assigned a specific umbrella and chairs on the beach and also the safe on the beach. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge number of options and freshly squeezed juices and good coffee. Room was clean and decent in size. There are a few ok restaurants and fast food options nearby. They have some children entertainment but we never saw it as we spent most of the time on the beach

Price was quite high but services of the hotel were good.

The staff were very kind and friendly. Perfect location and very kids friendly. They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.

Kids friendly hotel with private beach, garage, nice room with spacious balcony, very nice selection for breakfast, room service, delicious dinner.

Floor in the room was vacuumed but not wet cleaned, our baby was crawling so we could see that. A bit chaotic at the breakfast, not every available table was prepared and served, no clean glasses on display, when asked, was offered used dirty glass by a young waiter. Completely killed the good impression we had the evening before when got a delicious dinner from a middle-aged waiter (don’t know his name).
