The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. It was renovated and well-maintained. Edzel was amazingly helpful when we checked in, and he basically increased our impression of the hotel from the beginning. The room he assigned to us was excellent, clean and well-maintained. We are very picky with cleanliness, so getting a good review on cleanliness is not an easy task, but this room did. Thanks, Edzel once again for being such a professional and helpful staff. The hotel is lucky to have you! You not only responded to our request and questions before our arrival, but also after that, you went beyond our expectations. We are coming back to this hotel thanks to you! Also, the staff who served our breakfast was wonderful and the coffee tasted great!

perhaps, have a little more space for storing clothing in the unit. and body lotion please. :)

The location of the hotel was very convenient to many local restaurants, markets, and the best gelato at Biella Gelato & Cafe. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the cathedral and other area sites. The continental breakfast offered a great selection of Italian foods including meats, yogurt, pastries, and breads. Of course there was someone on hand to make espresso and cappuccinos each morning. This is a wonderful place to stay with an inviting lobby that we enjoyed after long days strolling the area.

Very big room for a family of 4 and the possibility to close the door between the bedroom and the sofa bed was really convenient. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful stay!

Nothing, maybe you should just add a few hooks in the bathrooms to hang the towels, that would be great.

No hotel parking. Even if hotel parking had to be paid in reserved spaces in proximity area it would have made the stay much easier. Could this not be arranged at Biella train station just across the road?

A lovely smart hotel in an excellent location of Biella. The room was perfect, especially the deep bathtub. We especially enjoyed the firm bed and the quality bedlinen. The available drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. Breakfast was really good and the hotel staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Comprehensive breakfast buffet with plenty of "free from" options for those with dietary restrictions. Well-maintained facilities overall. Very friendly front desk staff. Location is pretty central.

The staff was friendly and kind. Great breakfast and cleaned room. Peaceful place. The only thing I must point out was for the temperature in the room, it wasn’t easy to regulate, often too warmed despite we set it on 16*. But definitely a good place!

I loved the interior. The beds were really comfortable. Very clean, specious and newly refurbished room. Extra feature that the hotel is pet friendly. Great location also.

The continental breakfast was great however hot breakfast choice would be good. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.
