Amazing service from the receptionist (Biagio), really great attitude and very helpful in every way, he really went above and beyond! - can highly recommend the Augustus Hotel. The hotel and rooms are very clean, modern, and in great shape - and it smells nice everywhere, even in the elevator. Best value for money by far! Breakfast was great with a lot of options for everyone to get something to eat. If we’re in the neighbourhood on any of our vacations we’ll drop by without a doubt.

The location was perfect with direct access on foot from Via Italia, staff helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast was very good, and the ability to leave the car for extra time after check out was a bonus

There was construction work nearby narrowing the street approach with our large car, but not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was perfect for my needs, I’m currently travelling by motorcycle, this hotel had off road parking, staff were great , the room was spotless with a funky decor , breakfast was excellent, large selection of foods available, all fresh , the coffee was very good too . Don’t think they serve food other than breakfast but there was a fantastic pizza restaurant just around the corner

Perfect position, such helpful and friendly staff Huge selection at breakfast buffet and despite being in centre of town, so quiet,thus enabling a great quality of sleep. Certainly to be highly recommended. We booked an extra night to enjoy this lovely town even more!

Better ventilation in the bathroom, and perhaps the Facade of the Hotel would benefit from face lift

Everyone working in reception and breakfast room were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and location is by old city center near nice restaurants. Excellent choice also for longer stay.

clearing rooms by 10am on parting day somewhat inconvenient.

I liked the location as it was quiet at night and one could get a good night’s sleep. It is quite close to the funivia which takes you up to the old part of Biella which is not only historically interesting but also has some good restaurants serving local food.

We have always stayed at the Augustus over our six visits in the last eighteen years. It is convenient for many of the dining businesses and also for access to our work businesses either in walking distance or for car pickups.

Good location right in the middle of the city. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and were able to help us whenever we needed.

The shower was a bit small, but not too bad. No smart TV and only had Italian channels, I recommend bringing your own entertainment.

In the center of Biella, which really seems like it should be more well known. At the foot of the Alps, with excellent restaurants and walkability.
