The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant served good breakfast and dinner, the location was close to the town center, and the staff were nice and helpful, they even drove us back to the station!

Weeks before check-in, we kept receiving messages from scammers using the hotel's official account--it asked to open a link and enter card details. If you encounter this, make sure not to click it!

A classic small-town Italian hotel. Quite large rooms. A massive 'matrimoniale' bed, very comfortable. Everything clean and very tidy. Situated in the town, quite near the centre. Also close to the motorway. Staff very good. Restaurant very good. Balcony.

Nothing really, just that my room was on the rear - there was a modest mountain view (when the clouds lifted) but mainly local backyards.

The hotel had a surprising amount of upgraded electronics in the room. The beds were super comfy and we had our best night's sleep when we stayed here. There is a fully stocked bat in the lobby and the local wines they serve were very tasty. The price for drinks was also quite good. The hotel is in a nice location, just down the road from the old town. It's an easy walk. The views from the hotel and our room were very nice. The staff were also quite nice, helpful and spoke English.

The only real negative we had was that when we arrived early, around 12:30 pm, the hotel was locked up, the lights were off in the lobby and no workers appeared to be there. I'm not sure if this is normal, but if it happens to you, all you have to do is call the phone number on the door and someone will come to let you in.

We had a spacious room with a balcony, the staff were all very kind and friendly and the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was also very good. It was nice and quiet in the hotel, good parking, and pleasant to walk around the village and visit the very interesting Roman bridge.

We stayed here two nights after hiking the Francigena Trail. It is a lovely hotel, very well located, with excellent staff. The owner, Alessio, was very helpful to everyone who needed help with trains, taxis, busses. He even drove us to the bus stop.

Hotel room is a little dated, but clean and the bed is very comfortable, which is more important to me.I got an excellent night's rest. Staff are friendly, the food was excellent and so was the service. Would stay again and recommend.

Very clean hotel with friendly and obliging staff. Secure parking. Good location for day trips.

The location close to the town centre, the friendly staff, comfortable clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

The shower cubicle was very old and dated and the door hard to close. But the shower itself was excellent

Staff were really helpful when the airline lost our baggage. We needed a flexible booking until it arrived and they were really accommodating.

Check in was easy, room was clean and warm, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and just what we needed. Many thanks.
