The hotel position was great: less than 10 minutes drive from the gondola of Monterosa Ski so it was very easy to reach the ski slopes from there. The couple who owns the place is very nice and welcoming. They cooked a delicious dinner (with also a great price) and served the guests always politely and with a smile on their face. All the guests seemed locals and we quickly understood why they had wanted to go back to that place more than once. We also accidentally left a tshirt in the room and after checking out, Stefano, the owner, sent us a message to warn us and allowed us to go and get it back after our ski day and before leaving the area.

The hotel is pretty old and the rooms are not very soundproof. After a ski day, though, sleeping is very easy so this wasn’t really a problem. We were very happy and would go back anytime!

Great family hotel with passion for people. Welcoming and friendly on all aspects. Hotel itself is located in Lignod 5km access to Monterosa ski on free Ayas shuttle bus. Style is of a warm and mountain deco from Valle d'Aosta. Also the family offer a great dinner option (la nonna e zia in cucina). A value for money set menu healthy and tasty. Excellent alpine atmosphere, thanks to the superb views, the alpine interiors, the fireplace when it's cold outside. Everything is homemade, they even made lactose free cake for me and they grow their own vegetable

After our special request for breakfast (because one of them cannot eat gluten) the owner made only for us a gluten free cake that actually was amazing. Thank you for your kindness. Federica from Napoli

Very quiet place, clean and friendly staff.

The building and facilities are old. However, that didn’t bother me at all.
