The Host and the Team were very friendly and helpful. He was always available for any questions. The cosy balcony overlooking the inner courtyard was ideal for having our breakfast. The secured parking. The beach was within 20m - small but okay for a quick dip after a day of activities. Not too busy.

The only negative point could be the train line but that is also mentioned in the hotel description. During the week it is less frequented but the weekend more so. That was my impression. This should not be an issue though because one only sleeps there - the trains are less at night. The view from the balcony was obstructed by the train line. A minor obstacle too ;-)

What a lovely little BnB! Very, VERY clean, and I am picky. Lovely large room with plenty of storage, modern bathroom, HUGE terrace, right on the water. Very comfy terrace furniture. You can't get any closer to the sea anywhere in Bordighera. Riccardo the host is so friendly and ready to help and chat. It's about 15 minute walk to the center of town, about 7 mins. uphill into the old town. Lots of wonderful restaurants abound. Nice breakfast, Riccardo even got lots of gluten free options for me. Private parking behind a gate was a rare treat in Bordighera. This house is one of the oldest houses in town, it's been here a very long time, and it's been beautifully renovated. Very special.

We were on the top floor apartment, which has a glorious sea view and a super large terrace. However, the terrace is right in front of the train tracks. Like really close... as if you are on the platform ready to board the train. But this is true all over Bordighera and the Italian Riviera towns -- they put the train tracks right along the waterfront! We were so surprised when we first arrived! But honestly after the first day, we realized we weren't even aware of the train anymore, we barely registered them. I'm sure it's normal for everyone in town anymore.

Fantastic terrace with sofa and loungers overlooking the sea . From the road there is direct access via little tunnel under the railway line to a small beach. Airy spacious room with a high ceiling, good amenities with kettle and cold drinks in fridge.The owner was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was very good. A pleasant easy walk to the port and lower town and near to the road leading to the high town. Energy needed for this walk with spectacular views

Our holidays at Aqua Di Mare were really nice. The owner was very kind and helpful. The furniture was new and modern, it was very clean and the service was careful. The garden is looking beautiful and well-kept. We enjoyed sitting at the terrace in the morning and eating a good breakfast. The sea is very close. Thanks for everything.

Close to the coast, easy access to “centro storico” and the rest of the town of Bordighera, which is very nice, many good restaurants and places for leisure & pleasure. The apartment has a nice terrace and a convenient parking. Breakfast was fine done with lots of attention. Thank you!

Close to the see is fine, the train-track, which is close, is a bit of a draw back but no real problem during the night as there are only few short trains = swuschhhhhh - and gone.

Splendid location, just outside of the bustle, but near enough, amazing sea view from our room, nice garden where our dog could run a bit. And a nice team in the property, professional.

At breakfast I would only recommend to add some Fresh fruit. Other than that on the whole this B&B Is good.

Very clean modern and comfortable with the added bonus of a large terrace and private parking. Our host provided drinks in our fridge and a lovely breakfast, very much appreciated and good value. Only a short walk to the promenade and the old and new town.

The beach path after the marina is quite rough and the train runs very close to the property. However, knowing this in advance, we didn't find it an issue and it did not detract from our very pleasant accomodation.

Lovely host, everything perfectly organized with remote access and own parking spot. The traintracks nearby did not bother at all, windows are soundproof, room is clean and spacious, even a minibar was filled with free drinks. Everything is within walking distance. Lovely town :-)

The host was very nice and even prepared something vegan for us at breakfast. He speaks english well so communication was not a problem at all. We were travelling with two dogs which was also no problem. There was also a gated parking space which fit our large van. Overall, the room was clean and we were very comfortable during our stay.

only a few meters from de see, every morning fresh breakfast by a enthousiastic team. there is a train but you don’t hear it! I slept like a baby😉 the old city only 10 minute walk.
