- I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and I couldn’t help but notice a lot of effort had been made to offer little things for guests, such as an spf station, drinks station, bins on every floor, little touches to improve the service they offer which is nice to see. - The hotel was pet friendly. - The hotel had on sight parking ( at a cost & you must request when booking) but still handy. - We had a top floor room with a balcony and it was lovely, with a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. It must be noted that the bathroom is sheer glass (although it does have a blind) it may not be suitable for everyone. But yes we enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend it, also for location.

This is a fantastic hotel, great value for money and in a perfect location to access the beach and delightful old town of Menton. Lots of lovely touches, including free tea, coffee, water and orange juice throughout the day, They also have a try of sunscreen, insect repellant, moisturisers etc that guest can hole themselves too. There are also a selection of toys to keep young children occupied The breakfast was excellent with a great range of hot and cold choices, which was replenished regularly. Guests can access secure hotel parking (for an additional charge)conveniently just up the street. All the staff were friendly and efficient in their service. The rooms were spotlessly clear and of a good size. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony - a kind gesture as it was our anniversary celebration. The balcony had a table and two chairs and an electric sunshade which meant we could use it at all times without fear of the sun! We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking everywhere. Even though my room overlooked the street, there was never any noise within the room. The little outdoor balcony was lovely to have. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious....lots of variety of cold and hot options. It was a wonderful bonus to have freshly squeezed orange juice. The dining area was large and the staff kept the room spotlessly clean and the buffet tables replenished at all times. A wonderful place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional—truly a rare find! From the warm greetings at the entrance to the seamless early check-in, their hospitality truly stood out. During the same week, I stayed at other hotels in the area, including a 4-star spa, but none matched the attentive service I received here. The team provided excellent restaurant recommendations and assistance with my car, enhancing my overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast was impressive, surpassing the usual Ibis offerings and even rivaling that of other 4-star hotels I’ve visited. The complimentary refreshments, including water and coffee, were a lovely touch. I absolutely loved my experience and can’t wait to return! Well done to all the staff and the Hotel Manager! Merci . The garage entrance for my SUV was definitely too small—what an experience! Despite that, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Hotel Manager for the amazing assistance. You truly rock, and I’m sure you remember me and my car! Lesson learned: I’ll definitely listen to your tips next time!

The staff was extremely kind and attentive! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable! You could borrow towels, parasols and beach mats from the reception for free. You could also receive free water, coffee and lemonade 24/7 at the reception. At breakfast they offered fresh orange juice which was delightful! I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved the Ibis Styles in Menton and right from the start when we arrived we knew we were going to love it. The welcome we received was wonderful and the reception staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. We decided to stay an extra night and Christiano did everything in his power to make sure that we were able to stay in the same room. We had a really lovely room on the third floor with a balcony that got lots of afternoon sun. Everything was meticulously clean and we enjoyed the breakfasts. The location was perfect and the car parking at the top of the road in a large garage was perfect and we knew our car would be safe.

There was nothing to dislike about Menton Ibis Styles and we’d definitely go back again.

The hotel has been well renovated to modern standards and is located a short walk to the animated center and beach, but is in a relatively quiet sector. The customer service of the staff is exceptional. I needed to take an early train to make connections and arrangements were made for an early breakfast plus a taxi was ordered and present at the requested time. The included breakfast was outstanding. The room was modern, comfortable, clean, and with AC.

A minor issue is that the shower is not entirely enclosed although there was enough space to do so. Consequently the floor becomes wet with showering so prudence is advised to prevent a fall.

The welcome at the reception was very good, a good brief on all facilities. As we arrived early our room was still being cleaned, so we left our bags in the luggage store to explore the town. Breakfast is from 6-10 Mon-Fri and 7-11am weekends. A good Continental breakfast. The room was comfortable and had a balcony for late afternoon sun. A good central location in the middle of Menton, approx 10mins walk from the train station and 2-3 min walk from the beach front.

The noise from the outside can heard quite loudly, especially and bin men pickup through the high and street cleaners are out late.

It was such a pleasure to finally arrive at the Ibis Styles Menton, after a trying walk to the hotel (there was a better way !). The reception was exceptional by both the young lady and her male colleague (I know his age 🙂) and it was quickly noticed that it was my 75th Birthday within days and we were promptly upgraded to a suite ! We were happy just to get the ibis bed and this was greatly appreciated. The room was expansive , well equipped,modern and well located. The 24hrs free coffee downstairs was much appreciated.

Nothing much other than the shower in a bath , for older folks.

Location is excellent, my room was comfortable, staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful. I was allowed to check-in early - which was very much appreciated - thank you.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly - it was dusty with someone else’s hair left in the sink and the toilet. Also - I personally found the breakfast area a little cramped with not many food options available towards the end of breakfast(s).
