Good location, everything was new

There's significant building work happening over the road starting very early in the morning and going on all day which you can hear in your room with doors/ windows shut. We went at the beginning of July 2024 but looks like it could go on for all of 2024.

We have stayed at many different hotels across Europe, but Hotel Ammi truly stands out as the best experience we’ve had in recent years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The hotel is wonderfully child-friendly, which made our stay especially comfortable as a family. Everything we were hoping for, we found here: a perfect location close to the city center, spotless cleanliness, and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. We used Nice as our base for day trips to the surrounding towns, and every time we returned, it felt like coming home. The complimentary coffee and wine were thoughtful touches that added even more charm to our stay. Hotel Ammi exceeded all our expectations — thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Centrally located and easy to walk to everywhere. Convenient for trams and buses too. Nicely equipped kitchenette with 5 different saucepans! Would benefit from a smaller utility knife. No work surface available although you could use the table. Best suited for a simple breakfast or snacks. Comfy beds and good black out, I slept well. Tiniest balcony but appreciated for some fresh air. It fits two bar stools. But it was advertised as small. Friendly and helpful reception. Appreciated the mid-stay tidy up of the room as many apartment hotels no longer include this.

Housekeeping staff certainly do a lot of chatting in the corridors once they start up around about 9am. Plenty of conversation coming through to the rooms.

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was already set up, so walking into a cool, refreshing room on a hot summer day was such a relief. I was also welcomed with a personalized card, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely cared for. Every detail reflected the hotel’s attentiveness. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent — everything was well-maintained and of high quality. What impressed me most was the staff: always warm, helpful, and professional. Their service made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt truly welcomed throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

Everything! It’s very stylish, the bed is extremely comfortable, it’s King size and there was also a double sofa bed which pulls out very easily and is decent. The shower is good, it was quiet once the doors are shut at night, peaceful. There is a decent TV with all the apps on, we loved having a coffee on the balcony in the morning. There were plenty of tea, coffee and cold drinks available at Reception. The location was perfect, less than 10mins walk to Old Town but close to everything really, we would 100% stay here again. It’s very clean and the staff were wonderful too.

Great location, very cute decor and vibes throughout the hotel. Super comfortable bedding and great amenities in the room and in the hotel lobby. Loved the complimentary mini croissants every day!

There is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to unload bags without completely stopping traffic. The super nice hotel staff, Mehdi, came to my car a block away to help me with my bags which was very nice. I’ve learned to not get a rental car in Nice whatsoever. It’s a big pain to find parking and drive in general.

The room was spacious, nice and comfortable. Manon was fantastic helping us with all queries and accommodating our needs. She had a great personality and attitude, hospitable, friendly and a super host! Thanks so much Manon and the cleaning lady and staff for making our stay pleasant!

The stairs to the reception are a lot so if you have large luggages it’s not easy to manage. I wish the property had a lift. We were fortunate we had help but this was definitely a struggle.

Had the most amazing stay, everything you could want for a stay in Nice. The apartments are well placed to explore the city, everything you could need is on your doorstep and hosts provide excellent information. The beach front is less than 10 minutes walk from your door. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and so well equipped! You are able to cater for yourself or purchase a breakfast which can be eaten in your room if you wish. There is plenty of equipment and a microwave and hob so you can cook for yourself but there are lots of restaurants nearby-so much choice! The bathroom was brilliant, great shower, robes provided and lovely products! Hairdryer and straighteners available too! We were greeted by such friendly staff and given complimentary wine and Macarons.Communication was brilliant throughout booking/stay. Honestly better than I could have dreamed!

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a stylish and modern design that really stood out. The decor throughout the property is chic and thoughtfully done, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, my room was quiet, and I was able to get a good night's sleep. However, there were a couple of issues. Unfortunately, the hotel was missing elevator, which made getting to my room a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. Additionally, while the towels were changed daily, the room itself was not cleaned during my stay, which was a bit disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel. Overall, Ammi provided good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again the next time I'm in Nice.

The hotel was very comfortable and decor was lovely, with plenty of inclusions such as coffee on demand, a kitchen and TV with Netflix. The location was good because it was central to town, but it was loud outside without much sound proofing.

My only issue was because of its location in the middle of town, outside was loud all night. I didn’t sleep because there were groups of people below my window constantly throughout the night, so just something to keep in mind if you’re considering a room with a balcony.
