Everything was fine: The hotel room itself, the balcony, the bathroom. The bed was ok, power supply (e.g. for charging the mobile) directly besides the bed, sufficient lighting options. Rating the breakfast only "excellent" does not value the offer appropriately: The options were extraordinary, and the quality outstanding: I am rating the breakfast with 11 of 10 :-)

after engaged wondering about what could have been better: If the swimming pool would have been indoor, I would have been able to use it despite the current rainy weather

Good location with parking, nice well equipped rooms, suite comfortable enough for 3 people. Sauna very well maintained, spacious relax area for Apres Ski rest. Didn’t use the train to Kronplatz lifts as car route takes 7 minutes and you park next to lifts for 8 Eur per day. The town and Christmas market are super nice.

Gorgeous hotel and room, very well equipped. Staff very friendly. Great bar, very quiet surrounding. Amazing breakfast!

While I'm sure the restaurant was brilliant, the dishes available were very high class (rabbit, pigeon etc) and not to my or my friends tastes, some basic, 'normal' dishes would have gone down well as I'm sure the chef is talented, we ended up walking into town and finding another restaurant. Shame.

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bike room was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was L ots of choice. We would go back. We had massages which we enjoyed very much. The wellness centre is lovely and very peaceful.

Everything was excellent. No complaints.

I was staying with a friend for a night. Enjoyed SPA facilities. Great variety of breakfast. Praise the knowlede and hospitslity of receptionist. Grateful her for exceptional assitance in planning our of day and navigating in the South Tyrol.

We loved the ambience, the staff and having a restaurant in the hotel!

The pillows were so flat and hard but I understand that’s a euro thing. The decor was very nice.

Offers good food in the restaurant a la cart. The breakfast selection was sufficient the sweet pastries home made and to die for!

There was no access to outdoor cool off or cold water dip possible after the Sauna. The tiles in the Sauna were so hot walking the 4 steps to the bench was like walking over hot coals had to put a towel down .

If I had to choose one “negative” thing it would be the pillows on our bed, maybe there should be two big ones for each person because they were a bit uncomfortable.

Superbe hotel, nice swimming pool, sauna facilities, and gym. Superbe breakfast, nice staff and lovely room.

Take into consideration 10min walking till the city center.
