The hotel is located in the centre of Brunico so it's really easy to visit every part of the city. They have their own parking so you don't have to think about it. Receptionist are very welcoming and clear about all the service in the hotel. Also the restaurant is really fancy, very good dishes and the service was excellent. I don't know the name of the girl who served us but she was very professional and available to explain anything about the menu. The room is pretty clean and comfortable, you can find anything you need for your staying.

Just some advice: in the restaurant as guest of the hotel you have 10% discount BUT you have to say to the waiter because, of course, they have no idea who you are. So, my personal opinion, it would be good if you create a carnet or voucher for the restaurant (same as you have for the welcome drink) so that will be easier for everybody to take advantage of the discount. Then, it isn't a complain, the music from the bar is a bit louder so if have a room close to the bar take earplugs with you or look for it.

Lucia at Reception quietly welcomed us and proved to be informative, helpful, and amusing/fun. We liked our room with a Juliet/French balcony. Room was not large but provided all the amenities and was very comfortable. My husband and I like classic hotels very much, hence our liking Post Hotel a lot. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at Cosmos, and the food was good. The chef provides a few small treats to diners, which is very hospitable and added to our experience. We enjoyed dinner and appreciated the good service. We tried a glass of the Kerner, which was crisp and dry. The Post Hotel is in a great location for seeing Reinhold Messner’s Mountain Museum and for walking around the Old Town. Thank you, Lucia, for your humor and help. We would definitely stay here again.

ALL was very nice.

Their breakfast was amazing! They provided us with gluten-free bread which was delicious. They had very good coffee and a wide selection of food. The hotel itself is beautiful and staff very helpful. It is located in the very city centre.

If you're a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. It's right in the city centre, so you hear people from the pub across the street almost half the night. When the pub closes, you still hear cars passing by, because the windows are not very well isolated. And if you're unlucky like us, you hear your neighbours snoring the whole night. When we finally managed to get some sleep in the morning, another neighbour switched on their TV and we could hear their programme almost as if they were in our room. Another disadvantage is that they charge you extra for parking in their garage. Also the beds could have been more comfortable, but they weren't bad.

Amazing. Truly, truly amazing stay. Just at the heart of the town. 1. The size of the room was marevlous! Clean, with lots of amenities, on the best location at the hotel. 2. The friendliness of the staff - we were at lots of places, this staff was truly amazing. 3. The breakfast - where do I even begin? So many options. No matter what you taste - it tastes good.

The restaurant at the lobby of the hotel needs a serious wake-up call! A regular dinner service was so slow it took us 3.5 hours just to finish the dinner. We gave up on dessert simply because we didn't have more time to spare.

The location is perfect who tracking around northern part of Italy with many coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel.

There is no free parking, guest need to pay for each day in advance (sent your car plate to reception) so the car can access the garage in front of the Hotel. Baby cot is 20 Euro per night (not free as most of the hotels) Breakfast options need to be upgraded since it’s too limited.

Overall GREAT. Excellent size of the rooms, and the breakfast was sensational, with an excellent variety on offer. The outside bar area was perfect - with very good service, and there was a lowkey Ibiza vibe. Location was great as it just took a few minutes walk from the bus station.

Just the weird door locking mechanism !! Pressing a button in the door handle - it is not at all intuitive given the key is an electronic card.

The Breakfast was delicious and substantial. The location was within walking distance of all the sights. Unfortunately we missed the Christmas market.

We took a side trip to Bolzano and stayed at a different hotel when we returned. The other hotel was in the same neighbourhood and a much better value for us as we did not use some of the amenities that the Post offered.

Very nice room for the value. The mattress very firm. I have back problems and I slept very well. Excellent location in the city easily accessible to shopping, bars, restaurants and excellent dine in facilities.

The shower could be of a better type, body shower raised in the middle of the bathtub, but, similar to other hotels with same layout. the Tize of the bathroom and two sinks compensated the overall feeling.

Centrally located and with easy walking distance to shops downtown.

The armchair in our bedroom was a bit worn and the first room offered smelled of cigarettes. The front desk absolutely changed our room . breakfast was decent but at 9:45am ( closes at 10 am) had run out of a few food options.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was quite central. there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Parking is very secured with gates.

Room design was a bit dated although it was renovated in 2020. Room could do with more lights, it was quite dark, esp the area at the dresser in the room.
