Restaurant staff and food quality, location, parking availability; employees seemed to be looked after by management, going on a day hike all together

The noise of construction driving us out of bed at 7am - no warning; and despite of all this, VERY unfriendly reception desk only focused on making more money (no flexibility wrt room use, out by 10:30am (when we had asked for 12am), after discussion offered wellness access, but as we stayed until about 2pm, asked for charging an extra spa entrance fee - we had arrived 7:30pm the evening before... "you could have used the spa yesterday..." After quite confrontational discuss, a colleague jumped in and charge was ultimately dropped. But bad feelings on both sides remained.

Wonderful location and exceptional facilities - particularly the sauna. The entire hotel has been remodeled and has something to offer for everyone. Very kid friendly too.

Our room was in the original part of the hotel and had not been remodeled to the same level as the rest of the hotel. The room was comfortable but dark and a bit dated. Also, for a facility that is so well done in all other regards, the breakfast was a bit lack-luster compared to similar facilities.

The food and the staff were first rate.

From the way the hotel was pictured, I expected a better view. For the price, I also felt the rooms could have been newer and larger.

sufficient selection of food and drinks, plus helpful staff who have prepared eggs according to your ideas

occasional smell in room no.411 probably from the sewer but room 410 without problems, but the hotel probably can not affect it because it is caused by the pressure of the outside air

Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, the internet super good, the bed very comfortable, the room large and very clean. Pools are also sensational.

-The stunning location and breathtaking views; -The salad buffet and breakfast; -The spa facilities were amazing especially the outside heated pool. Small touches like banana chips and herbal tea in there were really thoughtful. -Some staff were very friendly and helpful like the guy who made omlette and one lady on reception, others were less friendly. -The lovely cat who visited guests :)

-The beds were hugely uncomfortable - memory foam mattress that sank; and the sofa beds were lumpy and awful. -The evening menu was meat or vegetable with no fish option. The meat was superbly cooked and food was excellent, but it would have been good to have a fish option to choose from. -Some staff were a bit short/curt and when you asked something they made you feel like a nuisance which was a shame. Some staff definitely had a preference for those guests who were local to the region or Austrian and could speak the dialect. -The road getting to the hotel is hairy - very windy with some sheer drops and no barriers. Tip: it is better to use the road going via St Andrea up and down to the hotel, which has better barriers. -Some spa facilities were 'adults only' which meant that people were expected to go in naked - despite it being a cultural norm, this shouldn't be compulsory especially for guests not from the region. -In the rooms, there are no luxuries like conditioner, body lotion or vanity kit which you get in other hotels of a similar standard.

We booked Large Double Room with Balcony. The room and bed were spacious and perfectly clean. They even prepared baby crib for us even though we didn't ask particularly for it. Location is up in the hill which took us +-25 mins from Brixen city centre. Parking strategy was on the spot! Each room come with destinated underground parking space. The dinner was exceptional! We can still hear the flush sound from neighbor's room but We still slept peacefully.

Sadly, the room came without water boiler (which super useful if you staying with baby). Minimum amount of toiletries (only bath soap&shampoo). The curtain of the room was super small according to the size of window which gave me a hassle if I want to keep window open without open/close main electronic blind. The breakfast buffet was fine but nothing much particular and please, put a name card on each item so we didn't have to guess what it is. Swimming pools are fine but small in size. Kids pool was slippery for little ones. I was expecting a little bit much due to money we've spent.

Great Spa , Actual Lamas feeding outside in the garden, garage for our bikes

Stood in an old room - noisy and with an outdated apparel incomparable to the shiny new parts of the hotel.
