Very nice family hotel with a great SPA that kids can enjoy. Rooms and bathrooms were big and very modern. We had to reschedule our visit for 2 days as are kids got ill before we came and they managed to reshuffle our schedule at no cost. The hotel also has a playroom that our kids liked.

No genuine minuses. The hotel is not right at the slopes, but some 3-4 minutes drive. However, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service which was always there both to pick you up and get you back. The only improvement I can think of that some larger hotels have is baby sitting of kids in playroom.

Beautiful hotel with a family feel. Perfectly located with recently renovated top quality facilities (particularly the spa). We had the half board option and the food was incredible and to a high level with plenty of variety. Rooms were a great size and always kept very clean and staff were always very friendly and accommodating.

- The Pool and jacuzzi area could have been managed better. I understand the hotel welcomes families (and that is fine), but children were allowed to run around and jump in the pool and jacuzzi and this took the relaxing feel away from the hotel at times. -it was strange that the hotel charged for water at dinner but then allow you to have it for free at breakfast and afternoon snack.

Everything was great. Staff very attentive. Half board is definitely worth it. Breakfast is amazing with all options of sweet and salty. Dinner is top quality, with 2 options for a 4 course menu (one of the 2 being vegetarian, both quite balanced and gourmet) and a good "kids menu". There's "free snacks buffet" (with salty, sweet - great strudel - and drinks) everyday from 2.30 to 5 pm which was a great benefit. Room was big enough to accomodate 2 adults and 3 Kids (one of them being in the cot). Swimming pool is big enough, both inside and outside. Playroom is great for kids of any age, it also includes videogames. They also provide 1 free backpack for trekking in the room. Very convenient bus service to Brunico (free, with the card provided at reception), stopping in front of the hotel.

Only very small things to consider: they've 2 nice wellness areas (indoor and outdoor) but they are all "naked areas" (not everyone may feel comfortable, depending on the "culture"). Also, the location is great for the Kronplatz area but in summer Brunico is a bit far (30 mins drive or 1 with public transport) from the most of the popular trekking areas. Valdaora, San Candido or Dobbiaco, would probably be slightly more convenient if you want to explore Val Pusteria, Braies, Anterselva and the DreiZinnen area for a Summer stay.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in , the room was extremely big very comfortable, in a chalet style, big bathroom and all the amenities that you would ever need. The hotel is quite large with a big Spa area which is fitting all the needs, large pool, several saunas multiple relaxation areas. We had included in the price breakfast and dinner which were excellent , a real fine dining experience especially during dinner. During lunch we had a snack bar which was very good and varied . We will definitely have return

General experience is very good, food is great.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. However, I felt that the sauna rules were very strict, and at times, the staff's enforcement of these rules came across as a bit aggressive. While I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and pleasant environment, the tone used made it difficult to fully relax, which is the primary reason for using the sauna. I would kindly suggest that the staff communicate the rules in a more approachable and friendly manner, keeping in mind that guests are there to unwind. Other than this, the rest of the facilities and services were excellent, and I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into providing a high-quality experience.

The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable 😍😍 We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, well organized, friendly stuff (especially Denise at the reception and Veli in the restaurant). Breakfast is the best we have ever had. Enormous possibilities with good food quality. It will be our choice again next year.

Not any easy way to dry all the wet ski clothes in the room, since the heating is pretty low, BUT we put that problem out and it was solved in few minutes… We got a little extra heater in our room. Thank you for that!

The resort was very close to the ski area and it had a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind and resourceful, and the spa area was very clean. The dinner was amazing, with the menu being set you still get options to choose from but without a doubt each meal was carefully thought through and cooked to perfection. The desserts were Michelin worthy, and the waitress was kind enough to bring us an extra dessert when we asked. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable environment.

When we came to check in at 1500 as the directions say we still had to wait 45 mins to be given our keys, we aren’t sure why. But besides that everything else was great.

Das Majestic exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bathroom was huge! Room and property amenities were excellent. The spa, pool, and adult sauna area were very nice. Their aufguss master was the best I have ever experienced! I arrived cold, wet, and tired after a long day on a motorcycle. Anja at the front desk recognized my condition and did everything in her power to expedite my check-in and make sure I was comfortable. When I got to the room I was overwhelmed with my good fortune at having picked this hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. I had dinner in the hotel that first night and it was outstanding. This was by far my favorite hotel of a ten day trip.
