It was very nice and special experience to stay in this family pension. Everything was perfect, starting with warm welcoming and smooth check-in, follow up with excellent services during the breakfast and dinners, privat shuttle service - really practical and time saving, good room service including nice details like blanket folded into a different shape every morning. On top, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And we highly recommend to order half-board! Dinners were soo delicious!! - and included starter, soup, main course and desert. Also the locatin was quite and very close to the lifts. It was really great time to stay there and we will definatelly coma back again!

We felt fantastic in the Pension Prack. All services was excellent, from the cleanliness of the accommodation to the food. We had our blanket folded into a different shape every morning. Our son always enjoyed having his cap folded. A very kind and thoughtful gestures which makes us feel fantastic. The dinners were so delicious that they should get a Michelin star! Very beautiful, even touching, was for us the welcome and the toast in each language of the participants with their names. People from Prack do their job brilliantly, 100%, and everyone who works in the tourism industry should take example from them. Regarding Kronplatz: Wide slopes. Plenty of options to choose from. There is still much to discover. Fun for kids. Messner Museum at the top. Services. Well-groomed.

I haven't found a single negative in this resort is the really high level of service. Both the ski slopes and the service are of a high standard.

Very good location close to Kronplatz cableway. Quit place. Good starting point to many Dolomites treasures like Tre Cime, Lago di Braies, Seceda etc. Best to arrive by car but traveling by bus/train works perfect as well if your car is broken (personal experience). Great hosts ready to help you if you are in trouble. Perfect kitchen: breakfasts are rich but do not miss their 5-.course dinners for the price. Will come back for sure.

The staff of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful! For dinner each time we had choices to make and everything was very tasty, especially desserts! The nearest spa offers many activities - from swimming pool to massages. The view from the hotel to the mountains was magnificent. We enjoyed a lot our holidays and we will be happy to come to this wonderful place again!

It would be great to have some drinking water in the room. But around the hotel, next to the church we discovered a nice fountain with fresh drinkable water.

If you're a light sleeper, it tend to be a bit noisy from the road. Recommend to book a room with an interior view

Great service, hospitable and kind staff. Good breakfast and dinner. Big comfort room.Breakfast and dinner is organised in 3 separate areas so social distancing due COVID restrictions well organised. Pension has own shuttle from hotel to skiing arena, city bus station only 20 meters from hotel. We stayed for only two nights but we will return again.
