I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality made me feel at home right away. Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details everywhere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Superb breakfast spread, staff were all really warm. Nice location and beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were really welcoming even though we arrived later. Floor in the bathroom is heated, which is lovely.

No possibility to dine in after 21.00, there’s a bar but it’s better to have dinner at a neighbouring property.

Nice bed, solid curtains on the window (important for me, I wake up when there's light). Easy parking in front of the hotel. Very quiet.

The reception girl could be more polite and patient. The window was in sight of the next building, and there was a security camera directed at the balcony and peeking inside my window. No night receptionist.

Receptionist Lina ar Croatian bartender in the restorant were amazing. Big rooms, good breakfast, perfect location, huge parking lot. Dinner in the restaurant was surpisingly delicion - biggest recomendations to try lasagna and steak.

The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was very nice and a lot of selection available, sweet and savoury. The staff was very nice and kind.

There isn't much around the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel near Bruneck. Personell Was friendly and supportive. We stayed just one night as we were on the way up to Germany. Very close to the Skilift for the ones interested in winter sports.

Breakfast time slot could be extended to 10 AM.

Location was stunning and staff very friendly. Breakfast had a good choice and was delicious. Lots to see in the closer area and we could enjoy nature.

Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and the location is perfect for mountains lovers. You can rent bike in a rent-shop next to the hotel entrance. Hiking trails for Plan de Corones are nearby, and you can also take the cable car for Plan de Corones. Free parking place in front of the door entrance. This hotel is excellent value for money. Yo get then free entrace to Cron4 swimming pool and half price for Sauna village. Lovely!

Nothing really to say, everything was so good.

We did a tour of the Dolomites and the Hotel Heinz is in the perfect spot to take the lift to visit the Museum Corones. The staff was lovely and they went out of their way to accommodate me with a gluten free breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! So appreciated!
