Peaceful and lovely right by the sea. Clean and tidy and well kept gardens and flower beds. Great choice of foods. Friendly helpful staff.

Only one bar open, same entertainment every night, only one public toilet in the whole hotel. Bus times are bad, always late and next bus isn't for two hrs, hiring a car or electric bike is recommended or obviously can book cab.

Food is very good. Perso el is very kind and welcoming.The location is quiet, the facilities are located in a beautiful garden with large pines and shadow. The all inclusive formula includes really everything. The beach and the swimming pool are clean and well kept. Animation for kids tries to do its best.

Far from shops and restaurants. Tap wayer is brownish. If you arrive driving, the resort is poorly ndicated, the entrance is barely visible during the day and almost impossinle to fing during the night. The horel sign is faded and poorly illuminated, hardly visible at any time. The whole facility needs some more refurbishment

Staff were warm and welcoming. Location was fantástic. Food was great and varied.

Entertainment - pretty awful. Internet - non existent in rooms. Beach and sea - not as the pictures show. We knew the beach wasn’t great but it was worse than we thought.

The rooms are outdated but clean, it has everything you need for a week of relaxation. Food is amazing, a huge variety of (sea) food, great pasta etc. Staff is super friendly. Amazing pool, very big and great sea views! Private beach which never gets too crowded, poolbar close by.

The mattresses are quiet hard and you can feel the spring feathers. The bathroom was clean but old. Rooms need an update. The outside facilities are ok, Darts for kids is too worn out to actually play, table tennis is also quite run down. It has everything you need just not in a 4* condition.

our room was a good size and comfortable beds. nice balcony to sit on with a clothes stand to hand towels and wet beach stuff. a nice and very useful addition ..👍 clean towels daily, we arrived quite late and were greeted by a very nice gentleman, who helped with luggage and took us to our rooms. he suggested to do official check in the following morning, as it was late and understood we were tired and left us to settle in. hotel grounds are nice, and always well kept and cleaned every morning. pool staff friendly and polite. as were reception staff. pool and surrounding. area was clean. liked that we had a set table throughout our stay. food - breakfast, not a large hot food selection, but there was lots of choice for the continental style breakfast .. the croissants especially were fresh every morning and very delicious. lunch and dinner. always a good selection of starters, and hot food, not a big selection, but what they offered was nicely cooked. although disappointed with selection of bread. was looking forward to some traditional crusty loaves, but only had brown and white rolls at every serving.

hate to give negative reviews, but there is room for improvement . this is not aimed at staff, but general observation for management to take on board . not really a 4*. more a 3* resort fee of €126. for 2 people for 9 nights .. this, i assuming, is a charge to use the hotel facilities, we are well travelled and not snobs are cheapskates, and always go all inclusive, and we have never been charged a resort fee. to me this is a rip off fee, or just a scheming way to tempt you with reasonable cost, and then slap on an additional charge. a big 👎👎👎 all inclusive package — drinks, never been to an all inclusive resort with such limited choice. wine only available in restaurant, at meal time. couldn’t get a glass wine at pool bar, if you wanted a bottle of water for room, there is a charge, not sure why, although, they do put a bottle at your table at lunch and dinner, so we took what we didnt use to our room. another 👎👎 the photos show a beautiful sandy clean beach, sadly this is not the case, when we arrived there were lots of piled up dried seaweed, which were cleared after a couple of days of our stay. i know hotel cant change what the sea brings in, but photos are very misleading. there is a nicer cleaner beach a short walk away, but having paid a handsome price of €126 to use facilities, i wasn’t prepared to go and sit on a towel on the sand, or pay for brolly and sunbed at another beach.
