The location is not the same shown on the map, it is not that close to the beach. But anyway was a good location for what we needed (just one night). The staff was so kind to all of our group, helped us making a reservation at a nearby restaurant for dinner (as we were a group of 15 people including 7 kids). The place is beautiful and very relaxing with a lot of green areas. The rooms are big and comfortable and were all very clean.

For a short stay it is a fine Hotel. People at reception are friendly and helpfull You can park your car at property and the breakfast is complete and good.

Entrance from reception was not easy to find. A little sign will do the job.

You need a car if you stay there. Very hard to get a taxi and the hotel is not walking distance to city center or serviced beaches

Lots of green around, great for kids to run around and good breakfast in the morning.

It was 10mins walk from a local beach of Porto Ainu but the day went was full of sea algae so not sure great and the beach was extremely dirty. Hotel a bit in the middle of nowhere to be honest, but close to Budoni (10mins drive) and Porto Ottiolu(15mins drive). The room was a kind of a bungalow with private patio, not huge tho and the kids bed was an odd kind of bunkbed with the top bed without a rail very dangerous, so we ended up all sleeping in the double bed. Only breakfast is included and served at the property, there is no bar for drinks or anything, it’s good for a quiet stay of a couple of nights max. Lots of wasps at the property, as soon we were sitting for breakfast they were coming and start to fly around the food and us!

The beach nearby is not very clean. The grass was not as green as it is shown jn the pictures. There are guests with children and it was very loud when they were playing around.

Small rooms

The AC was good. The location to porto ainu was close. Good parking. Staff were lovely.

No wifi in bedroom. No fridge. Small room. Maybe something to hang a beach towel and clothes on. Overpriced for what it offered.
