The room was very clean, air conditioning efficient, beds very comfortable, lovely staff, food quite good. We had all inclusive and were allowed to stay for lunch after check out and use the pool. We had a late ferry that day so it was an excellent way to spend our last day on the island. We were passing through for 1 night.

There is a shuttle service to a nearby (dog) Beach with free use of beds and umbrellas. We drove for convenience of time. Parking there was reasonable. This beach is OK but by far not as nice as others we visited in the southeast. We did not go to other nearby beaches so I can't say if others are nicer.

Port Ottiolu was a great place to spend a relaxing week and the hotel was an ideal base for it. Comfortable and very clean air conditioned room, wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast with extensive choices set up every day. The pool area was marvellous with a large warm pool and plenty of different spaces to choose from. An excellent massage was available. It’s a short walk to the marina and beach, where many good quality food options are available, along with a little grocery store and a spar supermarket. Really good value for a comfortable and relaxing week in the sun. The only gripe was having to go to the pool, Bar or lounge to use wifi as there was none available in the room.

Wifi in the room would be nice.

The girl in the reception was very friendly and helpful.. Room was spacious, clean, had little terrace, there was big pool with sunbeds and umbrellas in the hotel area. The whole area was really beautiful, breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from.

On the entry to the buffet I did ask for coffee when I came for breakfast. I did ask gentleman in the breakfast area for coffee and instead of pointing to the coffee machine he did charge me for the coffee and brought one from the bar. Later on my partner showed me the coffee machine in the corner however was too late already :) Not a big deal but I would have rather leave those couple of euros as a tips. As well at the check out, receptionist wanted to charge me for the extra drinks I didn't have at the bar. It took a while to sort out the issue, at the end the problem was solved.

I liked the pool, the buffet selection was great, the brightness and the view from our balcony.

Coffee was less than ideal from the all inclusive machine, so we decided to pay for the bar and even that wasn’t nice. No wifi in the rooms and bad WiFi in the communal area.

I was led to believe all rooms were detached from each other and sound proof but ours wasn’t and we could clearly hear our neighbours when they were in their bathroom. plus there wasn’t much choice for breakfast for us when I had told them leading up to our stay that we were vegan. but we still paid the same price as everyone else and had much less choice

It is a rather small all inclusive hotel close to Smeralda Coast in Sardignia. I liked the food choices, parking availability, very good swimming pool, helpful staff.

There is no wifi in the rooms. The rooms are rather small.
