Where to start with this apartment! It was absolutely stunning. Location is first class as it is next to the main square in the centre of San Teodoro! You couldn’t be more central! The apartment is beautiful inside and very well equipped with everything you need (fridge freezer/washing machine/ironing board/dishwasher etc). It has a walk in wardrobe to store all your clothes cases etc. The balcony area is simply stunning and we spent every evening out there either eating or drinking wine! You have views of the turquoise ocean on one side and the town and mountains on the other side. The views are breathtaking as this apartment seems to sit higher than all of the other houses/apartments in the town so nobody overlooks you! From the moment we arrived Lapo and Sergio made us feel so welcome helping us get parked and carrying our cases from the car to the apartment. They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and they gave us so much advice on where to eat and which beaches to visit. They gave us discount codes to beaches and helped us get tables reserved in restaurants, always there if you need them but never too intrusive. Breakfast was lovely and was a nice start to the day. There is free parking nearby and provided you are parked up by 6/7pm there are always spaces. If you arrive late on a weekend as we did there is a small chance you may need to pay for parking on the first night but then you can just move your car to the free spaces the next day. One thing worth noting is you cannot arrive back in the town in your car after 830pm as the whole town becomes pedestrianised for the markets so you would need to park outside the main town centre area if you arrived after this time.

An amazing apartment with the most incredible views from the beautiful terrace. We were made to feel very welcome by Sergio, his son and daughter in law. The apartment is very spacious and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We all slept really well, including our daughter who slept in the travel cot provided. The kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning made a very hot Sardinia feel more comfortable at night. The apartment is right in the centre of San Teodoro which was great for visiting the market and all the restaurants but meant it can be a little noisy at night time, however this wasn't an issue for us as we can sleep through anything! Free parking was a 5 minute walk from the apartment and felt very safe. Sergio gave us a tour of San Teodoro and recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit. His son welcomed us each morning for breakfast at a nearby cafe and went out of his way to make our daughter smile each day! A brilliant trip for us and we hope to be back soon!

An exceptionally good apartment. Superb location. Very well furnished and kitted out. Good size. Wonderful balcony. Great hosts. Very helpful.

Would have liked to have stayed longer.
