The location was perfect for getting to the beach and into the centre. The staff made us feel very welcome. We asked to move rooms as ours was a bit small, they were happy to move us into a better room and we got a complimentary bottle of wine. Everyone was so friendly, thank you Renato and Alicia. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The accommodation is in walking distance to the beach and the city centre as well. Very clean. We have got clean bedsheets and towels every day. The staff is very friendly but not all of them speaks English. Coffee and breakfast was delicious.

Cleaners start a bit too early. They were noisy so it was harder to rest in the morning. Would be nice to have some bottled water and drinking glasses in the room.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance of both the magnificent La Cinta beach and the town centre. Having parking on-site was also a bonus and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was a bit basic and property could do with a little maintenance to freshen things up but overall very happy with our stay here.

We have had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing—always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of options to enjoy each morning. The location is also very convenient, with the town and beach both close by, making it easy to explore.

The authenticr style of sardo culture - loved the furniture and the staff - super friendly and they did stay longer for us as our flight was delayed. I phoned the hotel and kindly they were able to stay longer for us to check-in. Great breakfast too! Loads to choose from :)

Great location approximately 3 minutes walk to the beach. Also walking to the centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially thanks to Renato who explained how to move around the area and was available for any questions. We stayed at the room with access to the terrace which was a bonus as there is a table with chairs where you can chill. Flexible menu for vegetarian. We enjoyed dinners a lot with deserts & great service.

If we could add a comment more options for breakfast would be appreciated such ass eggs.

Perfect location walking distance to La Cinta beach, the town center and also to bus stops to go to all the nearby beaches as well as the airport. The hotel is a nice and friendly property with a very good half board solution. You decide in the morning if you want dinner and choose your menu among multiple choices

Location location location. This is the best spot if you’re in San Teodoro without a car. 5 mins from beach. 10 mins to town. All by foot. Bed is very comfy and bathroom is spacious and clean.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing but it’s enough.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and five minutes walk from the fantastic beach La Cinta. There was nos fuzz with getting free parking outside of the La Palma and the staff was kind and helpful which was appreciated. They were also easy to talk with which gave a homy feeling. The standard of the rooms is quite simple and the appliances could need an upgrade. The bathroom, though, was modern and we had a little balcony too. The sound from the refrigerator was too loud though but we were able to sleep and I found the bed to be not that comfortable but acceptable. Cleaning was very good. The breakfast was a lot better than in the description on the hotel's homepage, though they were out of butter a couple of days. All in all, I do recommend this hotel and I'd be glad to return.

The level of English spoken by the staff was poor and should be improved. The breakfast was good but plates were quickly picked clean and refill to a little bit longer than desired. No wi-fi in the rooms which is a big minus, only in the reception.

We booked our stay at this hotel last minute and it was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we wanted to make the evening comfortable and was in a good location close to the centre.
