Extensive breakfast offerings including fruit and soft-boiled eggs on request. Large room with good-size balcony. Large bathroom with several shelves. Fairly quiet. Firm but comfortable beds. Most guests seem to be Italian so most staff don't speak English, but they and we managed to communicate just fine.

Shower is extremely small; I am 5' tall and 115 lbs and it was cramped for me, a large person would be very uncomfortable. There were 3 electrical outlets but one was not the standard plug so we couldn't use it; one was by one bed and the other was in the bathroom.

Could do with a coat of paint on the external walls, it’s grubby looking so not a great first impression. However once inside it’s quirky and very clean, it is very dated but to be fair I guess it adds to its charm.

No refrigerator- had to ask and only got one a day into our stay. No iron available. No safe.

Incredible family hotel with original features. A step back in time when you walk through the gates, so well looked after.

Location was amazing, very close to the beach. If you are a person who likes to take long beach walks or running on the beach is just amazing, however if you like to go to a location less crowded on the beach, you have to walk like 4km daily, but this is up to your preferences. Also it was close to the center, restaurant and markets. The lady at the reception(i think she is also the owner) was very nice, even if she didn't understand nor speak English she really made an effort and helped us with all the questions we had.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a very good natural light and the toilet was quite loudly when using it. We had breakfast included but with very limited options and you had to tell someone what to bring you and they didn't quite understand English.

Everything was very good. We received housekeeping everyday, the breakfast was very good served, staff was very very friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a car to explore a bit more of the island and the receptionist was very friendly to indicate us a good place to rent the car from and give us local tips for cities we could stop by to visit, all of them were very worth it. At the end of the stay we didn’t want to leave!
