Everything! Location is super close to this stunning beach "La Cinta". Salvatore the host was sooooooo attentive and nice. We told him our mattress was not very comfortable as it was super hard so he literally got a new mattress delivered the same day! Everything is very clean and nice, host has a very nice way to separate the tables for each room for breakfast, plenty of facilities to make tea and coffees, clean, parking, great location. When sitting outside on the terrace it can be a little bit noisy as it's on the main road, but not in the room as the windows are double glazed, so it's fine for sleeping.

The location is quiet and close to main town center. The room is clean and spacious with a nice strong shower head. The host was kind and accommodating and willing to help out always. The breakfast was bread, cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit and coffee and non dairy milk was provided.

My bed was very springy and i could feel all the springs under me. The ac night would shut off automatically and room would get hot so would wake up my sleep to turn it back on.

Our host Salvatore was lovely and prepared a fantastic breakfast for us, kindly accommodating our dietary requirements. He was very friendly to chat with and kindly offered us use of bikes to access the beach. The apartment is located very close to San Teodoro and La Cinta beach, but is relatively quiet in respect of noise from people. It is a busy road outside, but we had the windows closed to utilised the air conditioning.

Right off the main road, a perfect place to stay! Really well equipped, immaculate and cosy! The host was really pleasant, accommodating and had great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and beautiful beaches near by. Accessible parking in the shade. Overall, we recommend staying in this B&B!!!

Looks plain from the outside but the inside is well equipped and comfortable with air condoning. Salvatore is amiable and can provide lots of attraction information. Breakfast was ample. Check in and check out hours are relaxed. Bikes can be borrowed to go to La Cinta beach which is preferable to a medium unremarkable walk or paying for car parking (in season).

Tower could be used for reference in location description, the sign is small so I drove past the address the first time.

Everything was more than we expected. A great continental breakfast, extremely clean room and a great host who provided us with lots of useful information and made sure that we always had what we needed. The location was also great we walked into the centre of San Teodoro most evenings it took approximately 15 minutes.

Welcoming owner gave lots of useful information. Quiet despite being on main road. On-site parking. Plentiful breakfast. Free bike a bonus!

Quite a long walk to town centre though that didn’t bother me.
