Extremely clean. Most comfortable beds we’ve had the pleasure to sleep in and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Easy check-in. Hosts took great care making sure our stay was comfortable. We forgot to say one guest was gluten free for the first breakfast but after that the host made sure to provide gluten free options which was very appreciated. Walking distance to La Cinta beach.

While the breakfast was adequate and in line with Italian standards, I wouldn’t describe it as full English/continental as is said in the description. Longer walk to San Teodoro town so take this into consideration if you don’t have a car.

Everything about my stay was simply perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The service exceeded my expectations in every way. My friend and I had a fantastic 4-night stay here. Andrea and Cinzia were super friendly and accommodating during our entire stay. We stayed in the room adjacent to the kitchen, which was very quiet despite being the closest room to the breakfast area. The room itself and shared kitchen area were spacious, with plenty of room in the fridge to store groceries during our stay. The facilities all worked perfectly well - with a great AC and shower/bathroom. The location of the B&B is fabulous - we've stayed in various areas in San Teodoro, and this was the best location-wise. It's just off one of the main roads (but still very quiet), meaning that you can access all of the local beaches easily by car, as well as local supermarkets and bars.

We liked that the room was clean and quite a modern design and has its own balcony. There is a walkable distance up to La Cinta beach and also a few minutes walk up to the bus station. The most important thing for us was the fact that they cleaned the room every single day and we were allowed to use the fridge to store our own food if needed. A 10% discount to Margherita restaurant came as a bonus. The staff was very friendly and communicative offering us valuable information that we needed on the first day.

This is not necessarily a criticism but for me, the breakfast was not enough. I eat more in the morning and I am used to the English breakfast. However, you will have a good coffee or tea, fruits, yogurt, a very good croissant, cheese, and ham for a sandwich.

The room was very good – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it!

This is a cozy oasis for any couple and yet close to everything! Such a great find! We arrived earlier and I forgot to tell them and the lady there Cintia was super helpful even though she spoke barely any English. The fridge in shared kitchen worked out so well too, and we loved the screen on door to look outside and great shower. Overall a perfect stay for couples and walking distance to super market, restaurants etc.

An intimate facility, with small but comfortable, very clean rooms. There is a shared dining room at the guests' disposal, with a coffee machine, coffee, kettle, tea, dishes, and access to a shared fridge. Good access to the most beautiful beach in the area, close to a shop and the town center with restaurants.

We liked staying here because it is near to the beaches that we wanted to see and also near to Olbia Costa Smeralda. The owner is very nice, friendly and answers actively if you have concerns.

Very cute apartment on second floor about 5 minute drive to La Cinta Beach. Good restaurants and stores nearby. Andrea was a super host. Very hospitable and kind. Thanks to Andrea for a wonderful short stay!

Very nice and comfortable room with nice view and all facilities. Kitchen very well equiped with delicious breakfast. Location close to the beach. The host is very helpfull. I can really recommend this place and I will come back.
