Breakfast is… sufficient. Not a Michelin experience, but it’ll fuel your day without complaint. All in all, a well-managed resort that makes you feel welcome, relaxed, and just a little bit spoiled. Highly recommended for those who appreciate kindness wrapped in competence.

The rooms lean toward the minimalist—think more “Spartan chic” than plush sanctuary. If you’re dreaming of sinking into a cloud-like sofa or a bed softer than a whispered compliment, you might need to recalibrate expectations. That said, they’re immaculately clean and smartly laid out, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The balcony and outdoor areas feature plastic chairs that, while perfectly functional, could benefit from a little upgrade. There are more charming options out there that would elevate the ambiance without breaking the bank—or the back. As for the air conditioning, it has a bit of a personality. Not quite intuitive, but with a little patience (and possibly a minor engineering degree), it’ll get the job done.

Pool was huge and lovely. Grounds were well kept, staff were helpful and gym was handy. Large bathroom and balcony.

Weren’t enough lounges for the guests around the pool area. There is a large concrete space next to the pool that could easily be utilised for extra lounges/umbrellas. Rooms were tired but ok. Strange the kitchenettes didn’t come with a dish cloth to wipe benches/table or clean dishes with (this is what reception told us when we asked for one - which they did supply in the end), particularly given it was a requirement that guests wash all dishes and have an inspection upon departure before our bond was released. Allocated beach towels needed updating as had several holes/tears. An internal wall on our balcony had been patched in quite a few places but not painted. Just a few simple things to attend to that would have made our experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a great stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ok a 15-20 minute walk to town. The complementary shuttle bus to La Cinta beach ran there and back 4 times a day and this service was very good.

The room we was given has no privacy, the side window viewed the road and the patio doors opened to a shared/open patio with the room next door, plus another terrace onlooking straight opposite. We therefore had the curtains closed most of the time and the decor was dark so the room felt very drab and dull. Didn't raise the issue as were only staying 2 nights so no big deal to us, wouldn't want to have stayed in that room any longer.

The property was in a lovely quite location was a little further out from town than we expected but we didn’t mind as we had hired a car so we drove into town most evening to go out for dinner, the reception staff was amazing as soon as we had arrived they gave us tips on where was move to eat for dinner & also helped with anything we wanted to do & even said about things we shouldn’t miss, the breakfast selection was good we never struggled to find anything to eat while was was there & the staff were always there to help or if you wanted anything they would get it for you The room was very large & spacious it had a great shower & plenty of room for us to spread out the maids cleaned & changed our towels on the daily very good was in a nice quite part of the hotel with parking very close by

The only down side to our stay was that the bed was very hard & it made it difficult to sleep in

Most of the staff were absolutely wonderful, all waiting team at breakfast excellent, especially two lovely ladies who appeared to work all hours. They were serving breakfast and working behind the pool bar, then serving food in the afternoon and into the evening. I believe their names are Elizabetta and Florentina (apologies if that's not quite right). Both lovely smiling helpful ladies. Also, the night receptionist/guard (Male) is very helpful and always happy and polite. Thank you 😊

There's not much to say about what we didn't like. In general, we had a very pleasant experience overall.

Best aspect was the standard of service provided by the stafff who made it an exceptional experience . Friendly , polite and couldn't do enough to help you . Breakfast was value for money and snacks provided were excellent and well worth the money

Bed was not comfortable I was asked to pay 200 euro deposit for the room facilities which i was aware of , what i wasn't aware of that this would be refunded up to 20 days after i had checked out . This caused me a bit of an issue at that time .

Great location, clean, comfy, free parking, really good breakfast and lunch. Cleaning staff kept the room really clean and tidy. Thank you. The free shuttle to one of the beaches was a great addition. Hotel allowed us to stay by the pool after checkout until our flight. Much appreciated, thank you.

Had to wait for the bar staff, they weren't there often when we went up wanting a drink. Staff were friendly! Maybe could have given us a bit of a heads up about booking slots at the main beach car parks. Or a little more info about the area. Pool area is starting to look a little tired. Top Edge of the pool could do with a clean. Loungers are chipped and looking scruffy. Bedroom is much smaller than I was expecting. And the shower is tiny, not much room to move.

Purposely booked a bit of luxury for chillin at the end of our road trip around the rest of the island the previous 5 days. Spent 3 nights here, it's small and quiet and approx. 15min walk from the local town of San Teodoro which is ok, has a few restaurants and bars, nothing hectic, its small, and kind of gets boring after few days. There was a small music festival on when we were there which was good. There are lots of local trader stalls each evening also but again same stuff gets boring after time. The whole point of this part of Sardinia is the beaches and these did not disappoint, they are amazing, the water is so clear and blue. There are 3 beaches close by, 2 of which you need to book 2 days in advance as they have limited spaces available - you do get a discount through the hotel which is good. The 3rd free beach is about 25 min walk or the hotel puts on a free shuttle bus to and from at diff times throughout the day which is great also! The breakfast is good, standard contenintal breakfasts with some hot food for the western taste. The staff are lovely and helpful and the place is really clean and parking us available.

The pool, it's freezing cold, not alot of guests utilise it thoughtout the day.

We booked a Junior Suite as part of our honeymoon trip to Sardinia. The staff on check in were lovely and very helpful. The room itself was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy! The property itself is very well maintained. The pool area has a bar; which serves wine, beer, cocktails etc as well as snack foods. Special mention to Gian Marco in the bar who was great. We had club sandwiches one afternoon, which were lovely. Breakfast was included in our rate and included a wide spread with eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts as well as cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurts etc. We enjoyed our stay, just wish it had been longer.

The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of San Teodoro. Not the worst but just to bear in mind if you're not enthusiastic about walking :)

Relaxing, quiet and clean resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice, quiet and clean with available sunbeds places. Very good with own shuttle bus to the beach. The breakfast is very good, an employee always remembered what kind of coffee I like. Very close to the centre of San Theodoro and to the beach as well.

Spa seemed to be overpriced. I wanted to book manicure but they said that they do not have spesialist at the moment. It is not allowed to jump or dive in the pool. And this was a little bit disappointing for my child.
