Beautiful accomodation in a quiet location while still being very close to restaurants, cafe's, shops and bars. The place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a well maintained pool and garden area. Having a mini-fridge and balcony to enjoy a cold drink was very nice. The selection for breakfast was vast and exceptional. Excellent value for money overall and would definitely stay again.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast times could be longer.

Lovely small property, within a short walk from lots of restaurants. Good sized room with air con (although didn’t need it that much in September to be honest). Plenty of parking (although took us a while to work out how to get in!!). Staff were all super friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were great - especially the chocolate croissants! Drinks in the bar and coffees were really reasonably priced.

It took us a while to work out how to get in and out of the car park. Not the hotels fault obviously but something to be aware of for future travellers! Also Wi-Fi signal wasn’t brilliant but not a huge thing!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, traditional and unpretentious property run by two brothers from San Teodoro. They put lots of effort every day to make their guests feel like at home creating the real family atmosphere. We received plenty advice re local attractions, been treated to some local drinks and got a breakfast to go on our last day. On top of that, everything was really affordable, the stay itself and the snacks/drinks from the hotel bar. Highly recommended - Sardinia is a hidden gem on the tourist map of Europe.

If there’s anything to complain about, then perhaps wifi signal could be stronger/more reliable.

We recently had a wonderful stay at Il Viandante. Our room was a perfect size for myself, my husband, our 7 month old and all our luggage. The room was clean, spacious, had a small fridge, television, large bathroom, cupboard for our belongings and side tables. There was a good sized balcony with a table and chairs and a large drying rack. The grounds are exeptionally tended to and cared for by the owners and you can tell a lot of love and care is put into the place with attention to all the fine details. Breakfast was easy and had great variety and was open to the garden to enjoy the beautiful weather. The accommodation is situated just off the main piazza in San Teodoro- there were plenty of places to eat/drink and enjoy the night life. It is about a 15-20min walk to the beach (La Cinta) - which is totally flat and easy with a pram. Parking is also easy and close to the rooms. We enjoyed the pool and bar in the afternoons for a spritz.

Nothing we had a great stay.

Everything was great, very nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, every day the same and no vegetables except tomatoes. Other than that I strongly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could be better.

The room was lovely. There was a safe. The French doors opened onto a small patio with a table and chairs and a drying rack. I enjoyed a swim in the outdoor pool. Deck chairs available. Breakfast was wonderful. The servers were friendly and attentive. Host was very informative and helpful.

Directions for finding the parking. Our host really helped us find it when we called him. Water leak in bathroom one day which was attended to immediately. Never happened again.

Last stop on a Sardinia tour, one 30 mins to the airport. Easy to find, plenty of restaurants near us. There was a pool and we had table and chairs on our veranda., Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Just all a little bit dated

This hotel has an excellent location right next to the old town, where lots of restaurants and shops are. It’s also within walking distance to the beach or just a short drive. The pool and garden area are super nice to chill. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The were not flexible on a late check out

Excellent location for the town centre, 25 min leisurely walk to La cinta beach. This is a basic but comfortable hotel for a weeks stay. The staff are great and friendly.

It's basic but it's based on Sardinian style so it's fine.

Perfect location, friendliest staff I’ve ever come across, so clean, very quiet despite how close you are to the town centre - honestly couldn’t fault anything
