We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Sardinia , San Theodoro. The apartment was not only stunning but also located in a picturesque area, making it a perfect retreat. One of the highlights was how easy it was to find parking—such a relief when travelling! The interiors were fresh and modern, clearly newly renovated, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The property also offered excellent access to the beach and a lovely pool area, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Sardinia, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful stay we had! Beautiful grounds, great breakfast lots of choice and the restaurant for the evening is a must and fairly priced. All staff speak good English. The beach isn't the best in Sardinia as its shingle/pebbly however you don't have to go far for more sandy beaches and its a beautiful location for breakfast over the water. About a 15 min walk into town so great location. The rooms could do with some updating however the cleaners do a fantastic job every day with fresh towels and it is spotlessly clean. The biggest thank you is to Stella who organizes trips/car hire etc, what a kind and lovely woman she is, she made us feel so welcome she was extremely helpful and made our experience amazing. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit San teodoro. Thank you Stella! And to all the staff and the cutest cats ever!

Location was amazing The beach was beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly The proximity into town was awesome We had a car and it was a literal one minute drive If you did not have a car it would be totally walkable Dan Teodoro is a totally adorable little town with just about everything you need or want

Rooms could be a bit more updated but they were still cute and fairly comfortable A little more availability for food would be nice but overall the location and the beach outshines any negatives 100% recommend and definitely hope to come back

The quality of the breakfasts was rather under the expected lewel- maximum 4/10 points … coffee from the machine with the awfully test of machine cleaner or some other chemical substances, bread - mostly simple tosts and simple dark one. Scrambled eggs - similar to synthetic powder eggs mix , juices similar to orange and pineapple giving synthetic test etc This is a very big bad surprise because in so amazing place and on the border of the sea we would expect real Italian coffee and also normal bread and fresh juice - like „ spremuta” even maybe costs would be a bit higher … The dinners in the restaurant were fantastic - but not included in the price of course.

Beautiful location on the beach. Lovely restaurant and a great pool. Really warm and helpful staff. A fifteen minute walk to the local town centre which was vibrant and packed with restaurants and market stalls. Private off-street car parking was provided and although we only stayed for one night we were able to use the facilities and have access to a shower before we left. This was a great help as we had a late flight. Room had a fridge.

The room was a bit small and the noise from a local nightclub was very disturbing in the early hours and disrupted our sleep. This was a real shame and we discussed this with the receptionist who apologised and explained that they were trying to resolve this with the authorities. The air conditioning was very noisy and we could also hear next door's air-conditioning unit.

Big rooms and we had the small balcony with a table and chairs, it was nice to sit outside to smoke and relax. The hotel is by the beach of Cala d’Ambra which is a plus. Nice swimming pool although we didn’t use it. Stella and the reception staff are great we were looked after very well.

It’s a bit far from the centre which without a car has to be walked uphill to get to the centre of San Teodoro, you got to be fit as it’s a good 20 minutes walk. No facility for disabled as far as I could see.

The pictures, and description does not do justice to this place. The Hotel is right on the beach, has a great restaurant on site, the beach is large, and you can have your own quite space, there is also a beach club next door, and it also has a less formal beach bar type of place serving bits and drinks. Rooms are really big, and very well situated. Even the most basic rooms have sea view from the balcony. We will high recommend this place and this part of Sardinia - the town itself is exactly 900 meters away, with amazing restaurants, and bars, and all other options. Some reviews say that place is noisy - its not true, and we stayed there in the peak season over August bank holiday.

We really enjoyed the time in this hotel. The people working there are super nice and hanging out at the pool ist really relaxing. The rooms are really cute and clean and have a fridge and a nice little terrace.

There could be a sign like „do not disturb“ added. That would help to let the cleaning service know that someone is still in room in the morning. The breakfast is good but could vary a little bit more.

Amazing location right on a beautiful and quiet beach and very close to downtown. The staff were all very kind and helpful and they provided excellent recommendations and everything we needed.

There is a service fee for the umbrella and chairs, which is affordable, but we were surprised that it was not included in the hotel stay.

Location excellent /Facilities Excellent / Staff excellent - private beach and pool . Restaurant onsite is a bit pricey but bar also does good value snacks and sandwiches . Breakfast served every morning and selection was good . Short walk (up-hill) to San Teodoro town that has lots of options for dinner and shops . Beautiful beaches nearby - access with free bus that picks up outside the hotel .
