Very clean all round and food was good with a good array of choice and opportunities to try something new. Staff were polite. Good opportunity to bird watch - luckily saw a flock of flamingos on nearby lake.

Room was furthest point and up slopes and stairs, so if you have mobility problems make sure you tell them in advance, as this was a killer- view was fab though, could see the flamingos. We didn’t get the same service as other tour companies, so embarrassingly was told some drinks were chargeable and only found out when we went to order at the bar, and was asked to see wrist band. We did a Quick Look at cost comparison and there wasn’t much in booking a package with Tui to what we paid and you will really have an all inclusive experience. The food although fab was sometimes luke warm, however we ate loads of different varieties including salads and we’re not ill.

Food was brilliant, the pizza bar was fab, selection of pools is great, lovely resort as a whole... a beautiful country, the local beaches are to die for.

Kids club was a bit late for kids really, gone 9pm after a busy day on holiday... we still went but our little one couldn't enjoy it much as he was so tired. All Inclusive drinks selection options were not really clear... had a pina colada for a couple of days then suddenly it wasn't on all Inc. There was no amaretto despite being in Italy.

In general we liked and enjoyed everything. Accommodation was spacious, all staff is really polite, helpful, friendly, rooms been cleaned on a daily basis. Food was excellent, a lot of different meals. Surroundings were great. Swimming pools were nice. No charge for the pool towels.

We got a room with a view of fence from one side and another building from another side. But the staff was so pleasant and helpful and they've changed it next day (we arrived late evening). The beach was a bit far away. Its alright for people who can walk, but its a problem for elderly people. The was a train (tractor) taking you to the beach for free, I cant say we enjoyed that :) I've paid and left the postcard to be sent to my family from the hotel shop. It never arrived (its never been sent (shows on website)) Very loud in evening in rooms till midnight.

Great vacation! 4 pools, lots of space and greenery. Newly renovated room. Very diverse food, every day several types of meat, fish and a lot of seafood, a large selection of fruits. There is a children's meal and a large selection for children from the common table. The staff is great! Very clean, daily cleaning and change of towels. A small train takes you to the beach every 20 minutes. Great live music in the evenings.

Amazing time. Great location. Food was fantastic. Pools were awesome, especially the kids pool.

Pools closed early (7pm). Hard to figure out what was all inclusive for us at first. Last train home from the beach was 6:30pm.

Close to the sea. Well sized room. Evening activities.

Buffet was a bit dull. We booked a massage (they were very nice to let us book a last minute session at night) but the massage itself was very light.

the beach was not suitable for swimming,was full of algae,far from Budoni,they could improve quality of their cocktails.

Manager of a hotel of this level needs to be more flexible, for example, I asked through booking to extend the checkout for a couple of hours, as a result I did not receive a response at all!

We liked everything 😍 - service, room, food. Especially food- a lot of seafood,fish, fruits 😍 Very nice territory and way to the nearest beach.

Nice beach. Spacious, clean, and fresh rooms. Lots of tour groups. Seemed to be enjoying. We were there one night. Good breakfast.

Was just fine. Nothing to dislike.
