Cozy family ambiance. Very helpful restaurant staff and kitchen team who supported special nutrition needs for my child. Especial thank you to restaurant manager Alessandro. Great idea to have little train going to the beach! adored by kids!
Some fees were a surprise: you need to pay every time you change the towels..you pay for water bottles.(althought on all-inclusive) Some staff should not be allowed to face customers and lefts a negative spot in the overall great experience. (kids club Stefy, bar Matteo). People is what makes hotel experience great or terrible and special attention needs to be paid to choosing right people who will treat guests well. The beach clearly lacks facilities with simply drinkable water..

Perfect resort for relaxation, wonderful view of the sea. friendly and helpful service, great water in the pool, crystal blue water in the sea , free transport to the private beach. Very interesting evening entertainments.
Food variety could the variety of food could be better. Small selection of meat and fruit but everyone will find something for themselves. there is no way to be hungry with the all inclusive option..Towards the end of the stay more and more flies, they do not let you live during your dinner .Take some mosquito repellent

Really good location. Tasty pizza and good variety of food. Interior is simple c nothing fancy.
In order to get a beach towels we had to pay. Hotel beach is not cleaned properly. A lot of seaweed around. Check in at 1700, check out at 1000. Without a car, will be really boring.

The beach is hidden gem of Costa Smeralda, it has the view of Tavolara and pines, not crowded. The food was also very good, there are choices for everyone. We really appreciated the adults only pool, which was far away from the pool where the animation program took a place so it was very quiet.
The staff was not willing . We wanted to buy bus tickets to La Cinta beach, the person responsible for sales was not at work, no one could tell us where she was and when she would arrive. Also the staff at the reception did not know anything about the buses in the area that would take you to nearby villages. Some of the waiters at the bar seemed like they absolutely hate their job and were very unpleasant.

We had a very nice stay, comfortable, special mention to the Kids Club and Animation team, they did a fantastic job. The weather wasn't the best, and they really made our days better! The all-inclusive offer was very good, tasty, fair variety of options. We have eaten well! The hotel facilities were very well maintained. We loved the jasmine everywhere!
The coffee offered in breakfast was particularly bad – they really need to do something about it. It's not what you'd expect in Italy! We had to abstain for the whole week. Also, there was very little variety of fruit at lunch and dinner – very little, and always the same. There were plenty of desserts, but healthier options are definitely needed. Lastly, I believe the hotel could provide more resources to the Kids Club. The animators do an excellent job, and I think they would really benefit from more resources such as toys and books.

We had a great time in Janna 'e Sole. All rooms are located in their own house and well distributed around the site. Our venue was pretty quiet even though we were near the central restaurant and bar which plays music until midnight every evening. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned every morning by the wonderful cleaning staff. The four swimming pools were absolutely awesome, in three of them children were allowed and there's another one only for adults located located in a quieter area. There were enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, however, as there was some heavy wind during the day, the pool guard sometimes had to close all umbrellas, so if you are sensible to the sun, make sure to have adequate protection. The all-inclusive bars serve all kinds of drinks and two different cocktails every day (don't expect fancy cocktails though). The choice is indeed restrained, but that didn't really play a big role for us. Worth noting that the all-inclusive bar service ends at 23h, even though the music plays until midnight, so make sure get some drinks "in advance". Also mentioned in other comments, there's no water in the room, but you can fill up your bottles for free next to the central bar. The morning breakfast was pretty much always the same, however, the lunch and dinner were pretty varied during the week. There was a special Sardinia day where they cooked "porchetto" and that was absolutely amazing (see pictures). Also make sure to not visit the restaurant during peak hours as it can get a bit crowded. Lastly, if possible make sure to have dinner after the sunset otherwise you'll have to deal with an army of wasps. There are enough parking slots and don't bother dragging your luggages to the reception as they provide a very handy golf cart service that picks up your luggages from your car and delivers them directly to your room.
We visited the fitness center a few times, it was functional but it could get some refreshing. There was no light and as it's located in the basement under the reception, it was a bit dark. Both the water fountain and the air-conditioning were not working.

The resort has a big and nice territory. The swimming pool is big so there was no feeling of overcrowded even in peak hours. I liked the option of kids pool covered so even water is in the shadow, taking in mind how hot it was the week we travelled is really important especially if you travel with small kids.
I read a lot of comments on food quality / variety. I can just partially agree to those. In terms of variety - yes, there is no 50+ dishes to choose from, but up to 5 different options for cold / hot meals for me was pretty enough. Quality, well, I think it's expected that in all included buffet you will not eat as in the a la carte restaurant, so for me was expected. What I did not like is timetable of meals - it was just 2 hours window (7:30 - 9:30 breakfast, 12:30 - 14:30 lunch and 19:30 - 21:30 dinner). It created some stress that we need to make it within this timeline unless we wont to stay without eating. And for the room, but it's just my personal opinion, for me I would prefer softer matrass

Very clean all round and food was good with a good array of choice and opportunities to try something new. Staff were polite. Good opportunity to bird watch - luckily saw a flock of flamingos on nearby lake.
Room was furthest point and up slopes and stairs, so if you have mobility problems make sure you tell them in advance, as this was a killer- view was fab though, could see the flamingos. We didn’t get the same service as other tour companies, so embarrassingly was told some drinks were chargeable and only found out when we went to order at the bar, and was asked to see wrist band. We did a Quick Look at cost comparison and there wasn’t much in booking a package with Tui to what we paid and you will really have an all inclusive experience. The food although fab was sometimes luke warm, however we ate loads of different varieties including salads and we’re not ill.

Food was brilliant, the pizza bar was fab, selection of pools is great, lovely resort as a whole... a beautiful country, the local beaches are to die for.
Kids club was a bit late for kids really, gone 9pm after a busy day on holiday... we still went but our little one couldn't enjoy it much as he was so tired. All Inclusive drinks selection options were not really clear... had a pina colada for a couple of days then suddenly it wasn't on all Inc. There was no amaretto despite being in Italy.

In general we liked and enjoyed everything. Accommodation was spacious, all staff is really polite, helpful, friendly, rooms been cleaned on a daily basis. Food was excellent, a lot of different meals. Surroundings were great. Swimming pools were nice. No charge for the pool towels.
We got a room with a view of fence from one side and another building from another side. But the staff was so pleasant and helpful and they've changed it next day (we arrived late evening). The beach was a bit far away. Its alright for people who can walk, but its a problem for elderly people. The was a train (tractor) taking you to the beach for free, I cant say we enjoyed that :) I've paid and left the postcard to be sent to my family from the hotel shop. It never arrived (its never been sent (shows on website)) Very loud in evening in rooms till midnight.
