Everything was pretty good. Our apartment was located very close to the beach—about a 5‑minute walk away. The area was pleasant and quiet, and the apartment was about an 8‑minute drive from the centre of Budoni, where all the restaurants, supermarkets and gelaterias are. The apartment was clean and had the basic facilities you would need. The staff were very kind and provided us with an iron upon request. They also left some snacks on the table and gave our little boy some beach toys, which we really appreciated, as we hadn’t brought any with us on this holiday. The customer service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the experience.

There were some dishes that needed cleaning, as it looked like they had been used, not washed, and just placed back with the clean ones. Also, in the bedroom, there was a large cabinet with lots of drawers that we couldn’t use because it had a very strong moldy smell. We opened one drawer, and the smell was so bad that we had to open the window to ventilate the room and get rid of it.

Our experience at Obbietivo Vacanze Budoni was absolutely dreamy! The whole island of Sardinia is breathtaking, but when you meet the right people—like this amazing team—it makes the entire experience truly unforgettable. These people are extraordinary; they anticipated and provided absolutely everything we needed: recommendations and discounts at restaurants, suggestions for estates where we could enjoy wine tastings, shopping locations, and above all, tips for stunning beaches, boat trips—you name it! The apartment we stayed in was exceptional—just 200–300 meters from the sea, spacious, fully equipped (iron, hairdryer, ironing board, kitchen utensils—absolutely everything), and the terrace looked like something out of a fairytale. The whole experience felt like it had been written into a storybook. We are only now leaving the island, and we’re already thinking about how to convince our friends, get organized, and make sure we come back next year without fail!

Nice location. Viola was responsive even if the apartment was basically equipped. A comfortable apartment for 3 people. Close to the nice beach with restaurants and parking. Viola brings WiFi even if it is notified in the description of the apartment that is without wifi, nice from her. Viola equiped us with umbrellas and chairs for beaches.

Could be noisy in the evening because it is quite an area and you can hear neighbors Could be better equipped with small things and amenities, we bought for the kitchen and bathroom. When you book, ask for pictures of your apartment. On booking, only nice apartment could be seen, not particular apartment which you will get.

The Objetivo Vacanza Budoni, the company that manages the apartments are amazing! I highly recommend them. They put on in a perfect location for our needs and the property had absolutely everything we needed and more. Anything else we needed they provided straight away without fees. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach they gave us for free. The staff was very kind and helpful since the reservation until the checkout. It was the most warm and nice welcome we have ever received in our travels and they were genuinely concerned with all details so we could have the best holidays. All tips for places to go, places to eat, what to do and even support to book activities free of charge. It was really amazing. The apartment was clean, very well organised, comfortable and with all amenities as promised and needed.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The staff was friendly and kind. They helped with the problems quickly without stalling. They were understanding also for checkout time, maybe because it was not the high season but that's my experience. They also gave me a two rooms house although I booked a one room house. If you want to visit both beaches around San Teodoro and cala gonone, a nice place to stay in middle. Also having a grill in the balcony was an amazing suprise for me

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom unfortunately

My stay at this apartment was one of the best I’ve ever had. Viola and her husband were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything I needed. I particularly loved the little terrace with a table and chairs—such a nice spot to relax in the evenings or enjoy meals. The area is peaceful, with beautiful mountain views, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here!

The only slight nuisance were the mosquitoes in the evening, but that's just nature’s way of saying hello—nothing to do with the apartment!

Our stay at this rental was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and everything is brand new, which made our stay even more comfortable. The attention to detail and care for both the business and the guests are evident throughout. The host was amazing—easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. The view from the porch is breathtaking, especially during sunsets and sunrises over the sea. We also appreciated the discount offered at local shops with the company's business card, a lovely bonus! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat by the sea.

-Staff were very friendly and kind to us especially Viola who was very responsive to all our questions. -Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location, near the beaches on the East sides. We Can reach Sain Anna beach on foot (15 mins) - will come back again for next visit. - Great memories for all the family with 3 kids.

- Bathroom door was not very functional (block by the shower door on the left and the sink on the right. It was a narrow entrance to the bathroom. - need some instructions in english for the washing machine

We really liked everything. The apartments are wonderful, everything is new. Separating the garbage was a little stressful, but we managed it. There are many supermarkets nearby, as well as cafes and restaurants. Because We rented a car, so we could go to a new beach every day. We took the information from the prospectus that was handed to us at the bureau. At parting we were given a very tasty liqueur. In general, the office staff were very attentive and courteous. If possible, we will come to them again.

Apartment big and clean in quiet area. Good location for a trips

I've tried to check in earlier as our plane landed 3 hours before check in, Host said that's ok they will sorted and they didn't not even when I've said that I will be after work and flight. They told us that we can go to restaurant and " see you later". Also there was no kitchen towels and cleaning equipment in the kitchen which we had to buy ourselves.
