The room were big enough, the beds were especially comfy and the air conditioning worked great. The place is also a restaurant which serves great food (we had pizzas) at a very good price. It's a 25-minute drive from Sirmione.

We only got one key card per room, even for the triple room, so it was slightly inconvenient to fetch something from the car while my wife was taking care of our 5-year old. For breakfast, we needed to go to another bar, about an 8-minute walk away (which is not a problem). It only included coffee, a small pastry and some fruit juice, but for the price of the hotel room, I feel I couldn't demand more.

The fact that the room was over the restaurant simplified our stay there. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long trekking and we were so tired that thinking to walk to another distant place wasn't feasible. We appreciated that the restaurant has dishes for celiac people. The pizza for celiac was outstanding. The owner extremely gentle, as all the staff. Special appreciation for the woman who served us the breakfast. I know it seems weird, but I must say I really appreciated the mattress.

I stayed here during dance festival so I was happy not thinking about what to eat in the early morning. Thanks for your breakfast it was very delicious and healthy. Also there are coffee machine and capsules in the room.A personnel is very kind and easy going, ready to help and language barrier it's not a problem. Bed was so soft for me. But i like really hard ones. Someone may prefer softer.:) But i slept well.

Breakfast consisted of packed pastry, biscuits, cookies, bread, jam and butter (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco like packed products). Each room had a coffee machine and capsules. They really seemed to care about reducing energy waste as the air-conditioning automatically turned off when you opened the window. Everything seemed to be new or recently renovated.

The stuff could improve a little their English. It was hard to reach them (not the location, a staff member) as the facility is above a restaurant which is closed on Mondays (our arrival day). The phone number listed on booking was not working (because it is a property phone and no one was at work), but eventually found another number listed on the door, they picked up right away and arrived in 10 minutes to give us the keys. This was a bit annoying as we have been on the road for almost 10 hours.

Comfortable room with temperature control. Lots of free parking around the accommodation. It's above a pizzeria but the windows do a really great job of blocking noise from outside, so it feels very calm and quiet inside. Breakfast was pre-packaged food inside the room, which was topped up daily.
