1. Perfect location. Bussolengo is a smaller town, peaceful and very nice. Lovely small bars and center plaza . Safe for family stay. We were lucky to participate in kind of local festival: dancing, food, music, really nice atmosphere. 2. Super conditions. Clean rooms, daily clean, nice bathrooms, quiet air condition. Outstanding gym - full of various equipment. 3. Delicious restaurant. Morning breakfast were really delicious, eggs, ham, fresh veggies, croissants and fruits for dessert. I don't have to mention about cappuccino or americano. Service: thanks for the great hosting to all from reception and restaurant !! It was very nice stay. Highly recommended.

Check in was very easy. The front desk staff (afternoon shift) were very helpful with information. Breakfast was very good. An array of different delicious items. Hot and cold breakfast. The breakfast staff were very good at keeping tables clean when crowded and keep buffet filled up all the time.

For our use the room was kind of small. a double bed and a single bed was too much for the size of the room. But things worked out OK. Not a huge issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Hotel Krystal" and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way! The combination of the exceptional breakfast, the comfortable room, and the impeccable cleanliness made it a memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience. I can't wait to return for another visit!

The first thing we noticed was the friendly welcome at the reception. The hotel staff is generally very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the juices and coffee are excellent. All recommendations, great value for money.

The breakfast is good, there are a variety of foods to choose from. But the service is very awkward: beside the fact that you are being served at the counter which I can understand, the issue is with the waiters that are constantly monitoring what you do and don't let you enjoy the breakfast in peace.

The extensive bed was unconfortable, the mechanical ventilation in the bathroom was functioning all the time making an disturbing noise

Hotel is very well equipped, parking in the front of the entrance, friendly and kind staff, a reception available all the time.

Very poor wi-fi connection, especially in evening hours. Breakfast was served by staff (probably due to covid) which was not that convenient, i was expecting buffet-style that everyone can take whatever at any time.

Very helpful, smart staff. Good breakfast, excellent fruit salad, coffee. Calm environment, free parking. Comfortable room, and bathroom. Good value for money.

Little bit far from Verona and from Lake Garda, both 15-20 minutes by car. The premises for the breakfast is very small, it was always crowded around 9.00-10.00. You have to ask for the food, stay in a long queue, and with some misunderstanding with the staff serving it, since they almost do not speak foreign languages. The parking, if you do not find place in front of the Hotel, must be done 100 meters away in a bigger square in a public parking, so nobody guarded your car, not a pleasant feeling.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and pleasant. Since we arrived really late, they extended the breakfast for us! The breakfast was bountiful and there was a lot of options for everyone. Fun fact: they also have gluten free options! 👌 Also the beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to explore during the day and have a nice, comfortable rest in the evening.

The sound isolation in rooms isn’t the best, so you can hear if someone speaks loudly. Also the wifi is kinda slow for browsing social media.

I had an incident, where the guests one floor above, let the windows open, and there was a thinderstorm outside, so the whole water came dripping down into my room from the ceiling
