Breakfast: In case of sweets, 4 type of fresh croissant (empty, pistachio, milk creme, chocolate), at least 3 type of cakes (apple pie, carrot pie, red fruit jam pie, etc.), muesli, jams, Nutella, fresh fruits and so on. Different type of teas, coffees, juices. Some gluten free options for bread. Nice and kind staff, clean building and clean room. Parking around the building free of charge or at the basement for daily fee. About 20 minutes far from Gardaland.

Breakfast: In case of hot savory breakfast the only option was scrambled eggs (it depends on when you get it, could be already cold) and fried bacon. The other options are two types of ham, some kind of salami, cheese, boiled egg, some vegetables. I know the traditional Italian breakfast is sweets, but would be great to have more hot breakfast option. Too few amount of sockets to charge your devices, especially in the quadruple room/for four person, you have to chose what to charge and also disconnect the TV.

We are a family of four persons and we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights.Everything was perfect! The hotel was clean, the staff was very kind, the location was suitable with easy access to Gardaland and Lake Garda villages. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Special thanks and much appreciation goes to all the staff that made our stay as pleasant as possible. A great value for less money. Will visit again.

There is nothing negative to say.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety. Room looked ok and the bed was comfortable. The dance floor in the ballroom was good, although the ballroom itself was just white walls, not very pretty or interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub was very high, and we needed to climb over the tub to step into the shower. This was difficult. Also, there should have been an electrical outlet on each side of the bed, not just on one side. The WiFi was very weak. No coffee maker in room.

The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. The hotel staff at the reception, the restaurant and even the support staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is available for everyone outside and underground. There is also air conditioning in all rooms and an elevator.

The breakfast

Staff is very polite. Breakfast was very good. King bed is very big and comfortable.

Only one room key which is used for room power and for elevator so it's a problem if guests from same room aren't together. Small problem with a shower.

At check-in the hotel didn't find my records, despite i booked there several times in the past few months. Elevators are very slow. No tissues in the bathroom Shower faucet needs maintenance Room furniture and ambiance very basic

Excellent customer service from reception, very helpful and arranged late dinner as we arrived late. Restaurant staff very friendly. Room was very big and clean

Room was stuffy and warm, aircon not in service at this time of the year but the window can be opened - traffic noise

Huge and very comfortable beds. It was great that the extra bed for the child was big as well as usually you get the offer of a cot for a 3 years old kid. In this hotel the extra bed was included in the price. Very spacious room and bathroom as well.

beautiful view and spacious room. Excellent breakfast included with the room! Actually one of the best buffet-style breakfast I have ever had at a hotel!

Floor was a bit sticky in room inside door and bathroom. Bathtub was awkward to step in and out of as the bottom of the tub was higher than the floor.

Excellent position if you travel with family and want to visit Verona, Safary park, Gardaland and Sirmione. Very good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.
