Spacious and very lovely room with a large terrace from where you could see the ocean. The room is equipped with everything: coffee machine, water kettle, bathrobe, slippers, towels, shower gel, etc. The breakfast was really nice, with home made sardinian specialties and cakes, fresh fruits, eggs, ham, cheese, bread, coffee... the lovely lady serving us breakfast was the friendliest! Location is great, near the beach and promenade walk.

Check in is at 4pm and the reception is closed until 3:30pm, so you can't store your luggage when you arrive early from the airport. 4pm is way too late in my opinion, even though it seems to be standard, but considering that check out is also at 10am, it feels not very customer-oriented. The hotel is not to blame and they can't do anything, but it is located in a tourist spot and at night you hear the loud music/shows of the hotels nearby.

Great location - walking distance to the port, promenade, shops and restaurants. Spacious clean bedrooms with comfortable bed. Ok bathroom. Very poor soundproofing between rooms. There for four nights and had two different rooms (1 and 5) on the first floor. Both just ok. The first had a little balcony and second room had none. Very nice breakfast with lots of options in a lovely room which also has seating on the patio and garden. Free street parking available or paid parking on site. Nice grounds including self service laundromat. The B&B is at the top of a large property which also houses self contained cabins, camp sites, RV sites, a little restaurant Giulio and Mario were wonderful as were staff in the Breakfast room.

Not much light in both rooms. Noisy 1st room (#5) d/t noisy neighbors late into the night.

Location is great, also value for money (we were there out of main season) was great; staff was very helpfull and super nice; parking was possible outside for free, good breakfast with plenty options (but terrible coffee), rooms very nicely decorated,, clean and bathroom was really spacious.

Too soft beds, two nights there and my back really started to hurt; it was too noisy with variuos sounds like splash of toilet, water, shower - from other rooms; coffee at breakfast was the worst coffee in Italy:-(

Palmasera B&B is a bit underrated. I would 100% return to Palmasera on a trip to Sardinia. The location is just perfect.. The ambiance of the entire establishment is so nice, with open spaces all around covered by trees and beautiful garden. The rooms themselves are fully equipped. There's paid parking onsite which felt very safe. The real cherry on the cake is the location 10 minutes walk to anything in Cala Gonone.

Check-in procedure or times for people arriving on an early morning ferry could be improved.

Clean tidy and friendly staff. The rooms are at the back of a camping ground set above in a tree area. Breakfast was great plenty of food and a nice atmosphere. The balcony was a lovely shaded area in the evening and got the sun in the morning. The town has some good places to eat. Also a well stocked supermarket just around the corner.

Just be aware that it is placed about ten minutes walk from the beach and the port. It's a downhill walk so gentle up hill walk back. Most people will be fine.

Pros: Despite a rocky start upon arrival, the stay turned out to be quite pleasant. The room and garden were beautiful, providing a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was ideal, being close to both the beach and a variety of restaurants.

Cons: The arrival process was not as smooth as hoped, but everything else made up for it.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a comfortable, clean and very pretty room and the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus of an on-site booking service for a fabulous boat excursion to various beaches made it a very memorable stay. The booking staff, shuttle driver and boat captain (Alessandro) were great!

It was a bit further from the beach.

The staff is top-notch! They are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is super good. The hotel offers some services, like boat renting. They handle everything, including picking up and dropping off from the airport and for boat rental location. We had a great time there!

There could be a triple room with 3 beds, instead of a couple and a single bed.

Lovely decorated room that was a good size. Had a good night's sleep with very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. There was effort put into the breakfast with some local sweet biscuits/ desserts which makes a chance from other places in Italy. Staff were really helpful, organised a fantastic boat trip for us.

One of the showers didn't seem to work (the other one did so it was ok)

Very warm and helpful check-in, room was immaculate, fresh and had an amazing view. The attention to detail was extremely impressive and instantly made us feel at home. Not far at all from shops, restaurants, boat hires etc. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices to keep it interesting over the three days we stayed. Would not hesitate to stay here again, absolutely wonderful place. Thank you!

Didn't feel as though the room's fridge done much at all even on the coldest setting, but this didn't affect our stay.
