The staff were just 10/10: so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and we had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The room was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. We’d love to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything! Massimo and Maurizio, you will be remembered and truly appreciated.

The only point for improvement would be the breakfast. A bit more variety in vegetables and protein options (especially for vegetarians) would make it even better.

The property was very clean and the staff were lovely! They even gave us some aloe for our sunburns from their garden. The breakfast was great in the morning and not having to make breakfast was great. The location is perfect, in the heart of Cala Gonone.

The fridge is not cold. I was told that it’s not meant to keep things cold, just to hold your drinks. The internet was not good. We traveled from the US and didn’t have much data. We had a few work meetings to take and had to go to a cafe nearby to work. The WiFi works a bit in the reception area but not in the rooms. There were also some very loud guests fighting in the room next to us at midnight. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. We go to bed around 10pm so this woke us up at midnight. The shower is also a little small.

The location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay close to the beach and all water activities. Right in the middle of the Cala Gonone and all the shops, restaurants and amenities. We had the room with an ocean view on the top floor and it was the best.

The air conditioning was pretty outdated and weak, which we really felt during the very hot days. But it didn’t ruin our stay.

Shower leaked out of the doors if you didn't shut them correctly/used too higher power on shower

The location could not have been better. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restaurant associated with it was fantastic.

The tiny twin beds are a little tough for a grown adult but it seems that these are standard twin beds at the hotels. And parking is difficult in general.

We had a great experience in San Francisco hotel. The size of the room with the balcony see view was perfectly enough to rest after the whole day of sight seeing and beach. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great tip for a boat trip, they were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was ok, coffee was great :)

the AC is not very powerful, room is too warm sometimes even the AC is set to the strongest settings. Breakfast lacks salty options.

Great position of the hotel, and cool people are working at the reception. There is a restaurant which has great pizza, and also there is a good ice cream shop.

Parking somewhere around is almost impossible. It's a town crowded with rental cars. The people from the reception helped us a couple of times, but it's a real gamble to find a parking spot around

Unfortunately the wifi connection is terrible. That is the only issue we had but this can be easily solved. Overall the hotel is amazing!

Centrally located hotel, super clean! The property staff, especially Massimiliano were lovely and super helpful. A great place to stay for a trip in Cala Gonone.

Walls are a little thin, can get a bit loud on the weekend.
