The location is excellent—just a short walk from beautiful beaches and with great views of the sea. The atmosphere is relaxed and ideal for families. The staff were the highlight of our stay: Luciano (rooms), Nicolás and Ayelén (restaurant), and Mauro (reception) were all incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

The quality and variety of the food could be improved, especially considering it’s a four-star hotel. Some areas of the hotel could also benefit from a bit of renovation or better maintenance to match the standard expected.

It was very nice, the pool, the beach, the bars, sports facilities were very nice. Food was great. The employees were fabulous . Very friendly and helpful. The place was well kept.

Our AC in room number 572 - quadruple room had no AC for 6 days despite many complaints. Only on the last day they repaired it. A refund would be justified. There was no coffee facilities in the room or coffee was not available in the restaurant till 7:30 am. For early risers it’s inconvenient. Timings of breakfast and dinner was also not comfortable. We are on a holiday , after a late night the breakfast was over at 10 AM . We had to rush all the time. Duration for dinner was also too short and early. It was from 19:30 to 21:00 hours. We found it very hectic to rush for the dinner so that we had enough time to.

The location is fantastic—situated in a beautiful spot that's both tranquil and convenient. The hotel grounds are large, open, and exceptionally well-maintained, offering plenty of facilities to enjoy throughout your stay. One of my favorite features was the beautiful staircase that leads directly down to the beach, making it easy to access the sea whenever you like. It’s also just a short walk to the nearby port, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll or exploring the surroundings. Overall, Club Esse is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Sardinia, with great amenities and a prime location.

One area for improvement is the information provided by the staff. During my stay, I noticed that they were not always fully aware of all the options and services available to hotel guests. Enhancing staff training or communication could help guests make the most of everything the hotel offers.

The pool, the view, the bar, the entertainment was excellent. To be honest we didnt have much time to enjoy and have a full exp of the village. We ll have to come back. The breakfast was good too. They have luggage cars to transport you to the room which was excellent for some of our family members.

Bedding is not of a 4 star hotel Dinner options were limited and old school Decor is quite classic. Can be modernised. No gluten free options unfortunately which is a pity for a 4 star hotel

Staff, animation, beach, dinner was ok and above, everything was clean, worth upgrading to Borgo

Breakfast (basic but did the trick), guests used spoons for coldcuts to pick up cheese and mixed them, staff should prevent it; sometimes conflicting info given, but nothing we couldn’t figure out eventually, fee for parking; All minor things that didn’t affect the holiday.

For an hotel of that caliber , I would expecting towels to be given in the pool area as who's travelling normally doesn't carry them , telephone in the room would be nice to have it especially during the check out fase to request the cabby since some rooms are a but far from the entrance, Plus Tips during high season if you come with the car you may have to park outside as she internal area goes full quick !

Good location, steps access to beach, and this allows you to walk into the town/ harbour area also. Our room was big in size with plenty of space. We had breakfast included, which was OK. In general, the premises were great, but with a two day stop over, we did not get to use all.

First impressions matter. When we arrived, it started raining. The front barrier does not allow cars that are not registered. My partner went to reception and asked for it to be opened and informed not until registered. There was no room outside the barrier, and it was raining with our docs in the car. Eventually, they left the car in. Please use common sense we had a booking, not the welcoming we expected after a long drive. Understandably, parking is a premium in the area but let us in first, please. 🙂

The location is perfect, we’ve got a room with sea view :) quiet and big room, air con wasn’t working very well but we complained at the reception and someone went to fix at the first night ! Also they lend us an umbrella to use on the beach. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it’s huge :) Dinner Room for breakfast and dinner is very big and enough space to everyone. Dinner was very taste but the wine was very bad.

The coffee was the worse I have ever drank to , as we are in Italy I was expecting something better. Also the check in at 4;00 pm and check out at 10 am SHARP, they didn’t allow 1 h late! You have to pay for parking and now in summer time is very hard to find a free park outside the hotel.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms have more than enough space for 4 adults, so I guess that for a couple the 1 bedrooms should be good as well. The breakfast gives a great selection of international and Italian food. The pool area is very big. For kids there are many activities onside. WHY THIS HOTEL GETS ONLY AN 7 POINT AVERAGE I CAN'T UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE IN MY EXPERIENCE IT MEETS AT LEAST AN 8.5 When small things the overall vacation of guests hamper, then it's really not the staff, hotel, or whatever. It's the guest complainer

Unfortunately, the choice of music in the bars is left to staff. Sometime, during the day, it is more suited for a discotheque or nightclub than a private beach club. Morning breakfast is repetitive. Early morning cleaning of footpaths with noisy equipment, blowing air
