Nice hotel full of amenities, exactly what you need for a stay in Orosei and to rest after a day trip around , great pool overall ,good drinks and extensive breakfast buffet Quick 5min drive to the town center

For an hotel of that caliber , I would expecting towels to be given in the pool area as who's travelling normally doesn't carry them , telephone in the room would be nice to have it especially during the check out fase to request the cabby since some rooms are a but far from the entrance, Plus Tips during high season if you come with the car you may have to park outside as she internal area goes full quick !

Good location, steps access to beach, and this allows you to walk into the town/ harbour area also. Our room was big in size with plenty of space. We had breakfast included, which was OK. In general, the premises were great, but with a two day stop over, we did not get to use all.

First impressions matter. When we arrived, it started raining. The front barrier does not allow cars that are not registered. My partner went to reception and asked for it to be opened and informed not until registered. There was no room outside the barrier, and it was raining with our docs in the car. Eventually, they left the car in. Please use common sense we had a booking, not the welcoming we expected after a long drive. Understandably, parking is a premium in the area but let us in first, please. 🙂

The location is perfect, we’ve got a room with sea view :) quiet and big room, air con wasn’t working very well but we complained at the reception and someone went to fix at the first night ! Also they lend us an umbrella to use on the beach. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it’s huge :) Dinner Room for breakfast and dinner is very big and enough space to everyone. Dinner was very taste but the wine was very bad.

The coffee was the worse I have ever drank to , as we are in Italy I was expecting something better. Also the check in at 4;00 pm and check out at 10 am SHARP, they didn’t allow 1 h late! You have to pay for parking and now in summer time is very hard to find a free park outside the hotel.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms have more than enough space for 4 adults, so I guess that for a couple the 1 bedrooms should be good as well. The breakfast gives a great selection of international and Italian food. The pool area is very big. For kids there are many activities onside. WHY THIS HOTEL GETS ONLY AN 7 POINT AVERAGE I CAN'T UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE IN MY EXPERIENCE IT MEETS AT LEAST AN 8.5 When small things the overall vacation of guests hamper, then it's really not the staff, hotel, or whatever. It's the guest complainer

Unfortunately, the choice of music in the bars is left to staff. Sometime, during the day, it is more suited for a discotheque or nightclub than a private beach club. Morning breakfast is repetitive. Early morning cleaning of footpaths with noisy equipment, blowing air

The buffet breakfast and dinner WOW!! We didn’t want to eat anywhere else. This was the best food we had in Italy and we were soo impressed. We didn’t get to utilise the pools but they looked good too. Having a private beach is nice. A fantastic all inclusive resort if you plan to utilise all it has to offer. I’d say you need a minimum 5 nights here

They put two single beds together for us which was very uncomfortable as we kept falling in the middle. No kettle in the room. Rooms could do with an upgrade and were quite dated

Perfect location. Very close to the beach. The room size was good and cleaned every day. There's not much to choose from the breakfast, but it was okay. Definitely will come back for location and value.

It says free parking, but only for 10 cars. Possibly to drive into the hotel area and park for 8e a day. All entertainment in the Italian language, so make sure to pick up some Italian before you go 😉. There's a strange system for buying the drinks from the bar. We wanted to get some drink but because of complicated systems we didn't use. Why not just order and pay at the bar 🤔

We got a room in the Exclusive area of the resort, with its own swimming pool, which was amazing. The room was huge. We didn't book a rate that includes dinner, but could still decide in the morning to have it at the resort (25 euro for adults, 15 euro for kids, including drinks). From the resort there was a great view on the coastline. A few minutes walk from the resort (at the parking of the beach) there are electric car chargers.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the apartment. Opening hours of the swimming pools were limited, couldn't go for a swim early or late in the day. Since it's a large resort, the buffet restaurant is also large and therefore a bit chaotic and noisy.

1.hotel is immerse in a beautiful and well kept soft landscaped garden . 2.fantastic terrace bar with view. 3.amazing pool 4.all sport grounds with easy reach 5.exceptional communal spaces for seating, included in the reception 6.helpful and happy staff. 7.good security with staff checking people on the grounds 8. beautiful design of bungalows

the room should be quality checked by the manager/ senior staff before it is rented out. 1.no light in the lobby of the room (light bulb needed replacement) 2. the drain of washbasin was blocked in the bathroom (soap bar stuck in drain pipe) 3. two A/C units in room (one out of work but not removed from wall, paper note warning taped over) 4. lock barrel of safe was faulty (coming off if pulled)

Sve je jako lepo organizovano i blizu, mi smo bili u izdvojenom delu sa zasebnim bazenom i bilo nam je prelepo. Vrucine i guzvu nismo osetili ni jednog trenutka. Osoblje je divno i veoma usluzno, odseli smo 14 nocenja i zaista se odmorili i uzivali.

Hrana bi mogla biti malo bolja, posebno kroasani ujutru bi bilo super kad bi bili pravi kroasani.
