Antonia is a delightful host who takes care of her guests with great breakfast and suggestions on dining and activities. The property is very close to Segesta Temple and I found it to be perfect for exploring the ruins, the nearby hot springs, Erice and Marsala. Breakfast was a real feast with some lovely local food and an abundance of coffee. The room was just what I needed - quiet, clean and comfortable - with the option to buy wine from a minibar. Although it was winter, the room warmed up and I had a relaxed stay for 2 nights. I ordered pizza delivery (it was excellent), and the nearby restaurant was welcoming with nice local dishes.

Antonia was a wonderful host, welcoming us to her incredibly unique home built into a gigantic boulder on a hilltop overlooking the Segesta Temple. A perfect spot to enjoy visiting that historic site, and to receive some true local hospitality. Antonia let us sample some of her homecured olives – and I am not exaggerating when I say they were the best I tasted during our entire trip to Sicily. Probably the best I've had in my life!

Exceptional experience with a truly amazing view from the property. It's an amazingly lovely place, well kept to the last detail and with a view on the best preserved Ancient Greek temple that would make most luxurious hotels around the world jealous. A truly underrated place, my only regret is that it was a spontaneous visit and we couldn't stay there for longer By the way, the pizza delivery from the nearby city whose flyer they have at the room, is absolutely amazing, and I recommend ordering it. They open at 6.30 pm, we ordered at 5.30 pm and got our pizzas at around 7.30 pm. Some of the best we have eaten outside Napoli, €19 for two large pizzas and they even tried to not charge us for delivery (had to insist)

Helimos was an authentic Italian B&B, in an amazing location, with a view across the valley to the hugely impressive Segesta temple. It was the perfect location as a launching point to visit both the Temple and the Greek theatre and acropolis areas. We really enjoyed the traditional breakfast supplied by Antonia and would strongly recommend her B&B to others.

It would have been good to have a kettle to make a cup of tea/coffee

Location overlooking Segesta Temple was stunning, in the daytime and evening. Host Antonia was very kind and generous. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent and varied each day, including herbs which she harvested. The room was comfortable and facilities were adequate. Although quite remote, there was a bus stop close by to Trapani.

Shower was difficult to close doors.

Perfect location on a shady hill with the temple in the medium distance. There's a nice terrace to relax on. It seems to have only a couple of rooms, so very quiet and intimate with lizards and cats rustling in the leaves. It's not a fancy place but has everything you could need. The owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. Her father bought the property in the 70s, built a small house and added on. Great breakfast served on the terrace. Parking right there.

Absolutely exceptional! Antonia made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. She made sure to recommend a fantastic spot for dinner and made typical breakfast dishes of the area. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. It was a beautiful location as well.

Stunning view of the Segesta Temple, Amphitheater and lovely surrounding countryside. Very close to the archeological park. Quiet room with our own entrance and we could park right outside the door. The room warmed right up despite being February and the bathroom had a nice shower and plenty of hot water. We had stars at night and sun out on the terrace in the morning. Antonia fixed us a lovely breakfast with some protein, not just sweets. A nice quiet country stay and we moved no tv!

A sign at end of driveway would help, as our gps has some problems there.

Beautiful old house in front of the temple of Segesta. Quiet and immerse in the nature. The bedroom and bathroom are very big and well maintained with a beautiful stone floor. Breakfast was plentiful with local cheeses, delicious zucchini fritters and jams made by the owner, Antonia. The owner is a delightful lady with amazing blue eyes. Very kind and accommodating. The gelsi granita was to die for. I would have loved to stay longer if I could.
