The man on reception was pleasant and the room very well presented

We only booked this hotel as we thought we would get a dinner at their restaurant but unfortunately it was closed (and it appeared to not be open very often ) and also when we went down for breakfast in the morning a rather rude lady just showed us a bowl of uninviting croissants and said that was it so we gave it a miss

We stayed one night during a short motorbike trip in sicily. A simple hotel with natural thermally heated pools. The hotel also provided covered parking for our bikes even though they would have been fine parked in the external hotel grounds. It's an old hotel that has an outdated appearance but is still very clean and all functional. Friendly staff, equipped bar, nice thermally heated pools which could be used all year around

Everything was fine

The hotel has its own hot spring feeding with thermal water not only their spacious swimming pool (permanently maintained at a really amazing temperature) but even showers in all rooms. Breakfast and dinners are served in their own restorant and are quite good. Some spa facilities (massage, hot mud etc) are also proposed. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not really enchanting, but if you come with a car you will be able to visit a number of very interesting sites located just a few kilometers from there: the archeological park of the antic Segesta, with its Greak temple and theatre, and also a small thermal lake hidden in the forest... Yet, there is a railway station nearby, with 3 or 4 trains per day. We really regret of not having a longer stay there, and we'd like to come back indeed.

A minibus shuttle between the hotel and the Segesta archeological site (say, one or two go-and-return rides per day), and also for picking up at the rail station those guests who arrive by train, would be an excellent extra

Great location. Exceptional value.

No potable water in the room. That which comes from the sink and shower has a terrible smell. You have to buy bottled water. I did not see that in the property description. (To be fair, I may have missed it. )

Very friendly people, hospitality is amazing!

a place where time stopped, expect nothing else and immerse. the thermal water is therapeutic and I highly recommend you get a mud treatment.

The pool with acque termali was included in our stay which we loved and the room was clean and great value for money.
