Location is easy reachable but only if you have a car. Parking is easy and always available when we were there. Gaspare is a dedicated and very likable host, he even bakes cakes for the guests breakfast.

The only thing we were missing was a healthier alternative for breakfast - we are not big cake eaters and would like access to more local fruit and maybe granola for breakfast. That said, the coffee, juice, and scrambled eggs were lovely and Gaspare packed the "morning cake" so we could take it with us to the beach..

Finish to the property and attention to detail was exceptional - bedroom great size, bathroom shower and lay out was superb. Pictures are accurate but stll do not do it justice. Breakfast again exceeded expectations-homemade cakes, jams , freshly squeesed orange juice, eggs to order etc etc. But the crowning glory was the host himself - Gaspare - so friendly and welcoming. Gave us suggestions re restuarants [again bang on], thermal spa and other places to see - could not have been more helpful. End result was we extended our stay which speaks for itself.

I can't understand how this accommodation hasn't got a 10. How anyone has found anything to fault is beyond me.There was nothing to fault. Gaspare the host is amazing. There is nothing he wouldn't do to ensure his guests are comfortable. We had homemade bread, cake and jam for breakfast in a lovely rooftop room/ terrace. The design of the room and all communal areas is amazing. We've never seen anything like the huge shower with it's tiled seat and massage option and fragrant toiletries. There was a fridge with drinks left for us, along with cake and a variety of teas. He gave us great advice about other places on our itinerary. It's in a very quiet street but around the corner are cafes and a supermarket and it's a nice walk down to the large sandy beach. Also if you arrive by bus to Bar Sorgento, the bus stop is literally 3 minutes away. If you drive there is ample parking.

The location was perfect for us, near the coast, which was 5 mins away in car and near several local highlights and places to visit such as Terme Segestane which was a natural hot spring/spa 10 mins in car, and Scopello a beauty of a cove location again 15 mins drive. Breakfast was amazing every morning, with the host bringing in fresh produce, fresh bread, cooking for you, and providing home made orange juice and coffee as well as a warm welcome. The breakfast is served on the top floor overlooking the mountain range. The host also allowed us to choose our room out of two choices and we were delighted with our choice of the suite which had an upgraded enlarged shower space as well as a unique bedspace.

Nothing! All was perfect for us! No negative feedback at all. The warm welcome when we arrived got us off to the perfect start to an amazing week.

The room is very clean and has all that may be needed. The mattress is super comfortable and the location is quiet. The view from our room was amazing, facing the mountains. Parking is free and just behind the door. We received a warm welcome from Gaspare, with his delicious homemade breakfast and all the assistance including a free sun umbrella. You can feel the passion and style in every small detail. This experience made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you Gaspare, and wish you prosperity.

Comfortable and clean. Convenient for our day excursions to Lo Zingaro and Segesta ( incredible! ). But what really made this place special was the personal attention of the host: Gaspare went above and beyond, staying up when our plane was delayed and we did not get in until close to 1am, and also made some of the most delicious local treats for breakfast.

The surroundings are not too pretty ( but the views up the mountains and across the sea are!)

I would like to start with the idea that we’ve never met such a person as Gaspare, the owner of the house. During our entire stay, he treated us as his friends, not to mention how much attentions he drew to us. He always mentioned that his guests are not just people that stay overnight. On our last day, he offered us his suite, so we enjoyed the best room in the house and every morning he would cook for us and baked his special Italian cakes. We truly enjoyed it and we recommend his B&B with our whole heart.

This gorgeous house is run by a sympathetic host, Gasparo, who is incredibly genuine. The view during breakfast is perfect. The food is so delicious (OMG and apple pie). The room was very nice and clean, the whole property is super relaxing and beautiful, filled with a warm & positive vibration. I recommend staying here.

Truly excellent property with extremely nice people. Rooms were very clean and spay. Gaspere and his team were so so nice. He baked a special pastry each day. The Cassadella was the best I have tasted just out of the oven. Breakfast terrace had a spectacular view. Bright and sunny. Great location for exploring and lots of tips from Gaspere where the local knowledge is priceless. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely last night in Sicily here, before flying out from Palermo airport. 20min drive from the airport…easy and did not have to drive anywhere near Palermo itself (some crazy driving!) Gaspare and his wife were beautifully hospitable, and accommodated us with an early breakfast, with freshly made apple cake, gorgeous home made jams and lovely fresh eggs. Gorgeous seafood restaurant, in the old town, with lovely local wine. The B&B itself is immaculately clean and freshly decorated. Would not hesitate to come back here again.
