We had an exceptional experience in this lovely and very modern hotel. Our room was spotless and exceeded our expectations. All staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco in the reception, we also enjoyed fresh fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our bedroom. Very tasty breakfasts with a range of pastries, biscuits, fresh fruit, European breakfast and so on. The restaurant has a very unique lunch & dinner menu. Every dish we have tried was presented at a very high standard and was really delicious.We would highly recommend this place to anyone.We will come back here very soon. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The room was nice and comfortable, breakfast had a good selection, the pool area was great and there was a good selection of food for lunch around pool and dinner in the restaurant. The beach that the shuttle takes you to is also lovely and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is around a ten minute drive to castellammare del golfo town and is around €20 each way in a taxi and there is nothing else in walking distance but perfect hotel if you’re prepared to pay taxi prices or hire a car. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is a great standard hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was great with everything we needed and a good size. Great balcony with sea view. Hotel also in general is very clean which was very important factor for us. Food at the hotel was also very good and not too expensive for hotel food, and a great selection for breakfast. Location is excellent and with ample free parking. Only ten minutes drive from Castellammare del Golfo which is a great fishing town for eating so a car is recommended as a taxi is quite expensive. Hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the beach where there are private loungers and a great restaurant on the beach. Can't fault our stay (9 nights) and would recommend this hotel.

There is nothing that I can say that we didn't like with our stay.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and very good pillows The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very neat and the staff was very helpfull. Globely I 'm very satisfied about my stay,

- The name of the hotel is Resort La Battigia Beach & Spa , but you need a shuttle to go to the beach and if you want to use the spa you have to pay to get access. I find this rather strange. - The menu card in the restaurant is very limited and is the same for the lunch at noon as for the diner in the evening

Beautifully finished, good facilities and attentive staff. Absolutely a five star hotel.

The area is completely different to the hotel, typically Sicilian and opposite a railway. The lighting in the room was bright, no middle ground on that. Wasn’t as sound proofed as we’d like. Restaurant was poor.. breakfast okay if a little cold.

The hotel is very modern and with a good connection to Palermo Airport. It was a great place to explore the local area and cities like Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Erice. TheTerme Segestane is an absolute must! What makes this hotel very special and I would say exceptional is the staff, from the front desk staff to room service and staff in a restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious! It's a perfect place for a romantic retreat.

This hotel is not quite at the beachfront even if you can see the sea from your window. There is a hotel transfer to the beach during the high season, but we were at the end of March, and the beach was quite deserted.

Great pool, sunbeds and pool towels. Shuttle bus to sister hotel by the beach. Excellent sandy shallow beach sunbeds included in the room rate. Good buffet breakfast with efficient replenishment. Every interaction with staff extremely professional and friendly. Ample free parking.

Thought room rate was slightly expensive. food in restaurant was average. Very salty pasta and meat cheese platter overpriced based on other experiences.

During my week-long stay, from check-in to check-out, the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay a truly memorable one. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view, adding to the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could be a lot better. I was disappointed to find that the variety remained the same throughout the week and most of the time the food like omelets, bacon was cold. The quality of the food was good, it would have been wonderful to see more diverse choices to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great food also. A lovely beach by a sister hotel available with a regular shuttle bus from the hotel! The pool area is very nice with lots of sunbeds and friendly bar service!

It is a little off the beaten track with no public transport available to the nearest town which is 6km away! No nighttime entertainment and a very small and quiet bar at the hotel!

Great facility, fairly new, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast. Nice pool although a little shallow for adults but great for small children. the restaurant is very good. we had dinner one evening during our one week stay. great

nothing much really. only 2 points. the ramp on the backside of the hotel leading to the side street was too steep for our car. secondly i would say that the price of the rooms is quite high for the region.
