Beds and bath were super clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and included in the price. There was everything you can dream of. But there was one big problem.

I would have given 10 Stars but there was one extremely anoying thing: because of the wind somewhere some loose window shades were banging all night against the walls and back against the windows. It was incredibly loud and from 1.30 a.m. on I couldn't sleep a minute. Because one of my window shades couldn't be fixed to the wall I had to close both which I usually don't since I can't stand complete darkness. And because of the extremely loud noise I had to close the window, too which I also dislike.

The view : great view of the castle from the hotel. Location: central location , easily reached by car. Room: wonderfully wood crafted room floors, ceilings, furniture. Mesmerizing hand painted canvas adds a cozy feeling. Internet: strong Internet with 80/20mbps connection for any work, even some business stuff. Swimming pool: decent sized pool to relax in a warm day. Breakfast: finest selection of croissants, pancakes, several types of cakes, bread. Overall a delight to start the day. Staff: extremely friendly and making an extra mile to keep the guests happy.

Bathroom: quite narrow and under renovated comparing the quality of the room and other amenities.

First of all the receptionists and the ladies in the breakfast area Sara and Diana are so kind, hospitable and smiley and they are happy to answer questions and they are doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. The room itself is very comfortable and clean and my room also had an amazing view of the Castle. The breakfast was also very rich and it had pretty much everything, salty and sugary options. I feel that this hotel deserves a much better rating because it feels they are all making a very serious and professional effort to provide a class service. I will definitely be back!

Hospitality cleanliness comfort value for money location Sabrina is a super host, she sent us a video showing how to check in because we were arrived late. The room and the bathroom was immaculate & you couldn’t be more comfortable. We forgot to pay city tax hence we left very early and Sabrina was very accommodating. Didn’t stay for breakfast but assumed it was excellent too. would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again. Thank you Sabrina

The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. Gave us advice about restaurants and gave us forks to eat our lunch away in the dolomites. The breakfast was great with: scramble eggs with bacon done just for you! The lady’s were super nice and were always smiling. The room was very comfortable and warm and towels were changed every day.

The shower did not had a full protection so when taking bath it was a bit cold We stay on the ground floor next to the stairs so depending on the persona we could heard some noise when someone went up or down and also heard the pipes/water when the room above us flushed or showered

We liked it a lot: super nice people, great breakfast, location, pool availability, free pets, our stay on general was very pleasant and we look forward coming again

The balcony floor was very noisy when being stepped on; the rooms are not well isolated as for the noise; the voucher for dinner gave us around 5% off which the bartender at that restaurant made up as we paid (maybe this should be clarified as an agreement between the hotel and the restaurant); the showerhead needs replacing; I guess the following is price marketing strategy - we got booking last minute offer for 88,- instead of 230,-. For the 88,- it was great, the 230,- however would be a long shot considering the mentioned above. However in general we vere as said, very pleased.

What an authentic building it is. Love it. I really enjoyed my stay in here. Even though the building dates back to 16th century, it is very clean. Receptionists and the owner lady were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was beyond enough. I did not have to eat anything else whole day after the breakfast. Parking places were enough too. I hope this hotel will remain for a long time so that I can visit in the future again.

The bedroom was awesome, new and perfectly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, full of choices with various patries, english breakfast etc... a looooot of things. The staff was very nice to us and it was all simple and easy. They even gave us some snacks while checking in. The location is nice, near folgaria , and has a lot of snow. It's one of the best places ever.

The first thing I must say is that the staff at this hotel were faultless and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. The moment you arrive, you really feel welcomed. We came with our dog and he loved it there too. The breakfast was also excellent and the breakfast staff were especially friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a game every day but we always found a parking spot somewhere at the hotel. The rooms are secure and super clean and they are quite spacious too with comfy beds. The village of Calliano itself is also quite charming and its inhabitants are super friendly too. The pool is also a bonus. The garden was under maintenance when we were there so we didn't get to see that, unfortunately. Check in and check out was smooth. Very close to all the lakes in the Garda area. All in all, I can't really find any faults with this place except for one (in the negative section regarding the hotel) and another one (about the surrounding eateries) but even these are minor points.

The restaurants nearby (Jolly and Dovial) are good spots to eat at but they have a lot of work to do on their service levels because it was not up to scratch (nothing to do with the hotel, of course). The rooms could have had a clothes line or hanger to dry out our towels and clothes but they did not so maybe this is just something to think about for others in the future.

This is exactly how a hotel should be. Not just beautifully and conveniently located but also beautiful itself situated in a small complex of historical buildings with a very nice pool. The staff were friendly the room and bathroom were impeccably and I really mean impeccably clean . Best thing of all was the breakfast buffet.

Only thing missing was access to a fridge as well as maybe a microwave or a kettle.
