While the room was very nice (with a spacious bathroom), the outdoor surroundings were abolutely beautiful and outstanding. The place is cozy and quiet (no tourist groups when we were there) and very well kept. The pool is available at all times, even in the evening. Beautiful light on the palm trees and other plants at night. Excellent view from the pool / terracce area.

A bit remote for eating somewhere else in the evening. The dinner (three courses) was abolutely delicious; however with a price of EUR 30 p.p. (excl. drinks) would have been over our budget if we had stayed more than the two days. Suggestion: Bring your own take-away for some of the days if you are on a budget.

Serene place, beautiful gardens and facilities

Set menu in the evening offered by the restaurant i.e. not given a choice of dishes. It’s all fixed. Food is generally quite fresh and good but would have liked to have a choice eg meat/fish as main course and two possible pasta dishes to choose one.

Quiet beautiful place. Large clean room with lots of activities to entertain you or you could just sit by the pool. A family run traditional place. Our room at the edge of the resort was peaceful.

2km on a very rough metal road to get there. The large tour groups that use it. We were there at the weekend and there were several other functions on as well, thus it was busy and service was patchy but they separated the groups quite well. Wifi was not very strong

After a long drive we arrived at the property. Although it is located on a country road (gravel), from the main road the direction is very well indicated. The drive to the hacienda is bumpy, yet interesting as it leads through a small forested area with cows walking about. The property is very well maintained, everything looked excellent and clean. There is a pool and whirlpool, and there are several activities to take part in: walking, mountain biking, horseback riding. Trails start from the hacienda. Rooms are very roomy. Restaurant personnel is very nice, the food is good. They served a fixed menu (no a la carte when we were there), and we enjoyed it very much.

It’s absolutely beautiful, well maintained with an amazing onsite restaurant. Perfect to eat whilst kids are asleep in the nearby apartment.

Nothing it was lovely

The location is great! The rooms are very spacious and the view from the terrace is amazing: you are surrounded by grape vines and olive trees. The staff is very kind and provides you with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Both breakfast and dinner were great.

Unfortunately the hot tub was broken. Not much that the accommodation could have done about it as they were still waiting for the piece that required repairing.

Beautiful, beautiful place. Stunning setting. Rooms very comfortable, lovely common spaces throughout the resort. Many places to find a corner to relax. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner, also had a nice lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for exploring the surrounding area.

The bed was a little on the soft side for us. It was a shame the hot tub wasn't working while we were there.

The location and the facilities

The servant on the restaurant was weird. He pushed us to eat fast as if he wanted to go home early. When he didn’t start fast enough with one of our plates he even asked if we didn’t like it. This is the only negative point about the location.

Room was very clean and efficient albeit of questionable taste. Set menu dinner was excellent Sicilian home cooking. Would go back for that alone. Price for dinner and wine was very reasonable.

Beds were awful!

Loved the peaceful beautiful scenery. Loved the pretty public spaces and garden. room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very kind and even greeted us with a welcoming aperitif at the bar. Dinner was delicious. An excellent location if you have a car and want to visit Villa Roman ( and perhaps add some fun shopping at the Sicily outlet ). All in all excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Honestly, nothing.
