It's probably one of the best stays in our lives. Beautifully decorated, extremely well kept, super clean, spacious, modern and exceptionally located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, this place is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is exceptionally good, you can eat outside in the garden surrounded by the most exceptional landscape. The staff was truly kind, friendly and nice to have around with no exception, from the waiters, to the reception and the housekeepers. Our room was very spacious, with an incredibly beautiful balcony overlooking the mountain landscape, spotless clean and modern, with all the comfort you may possibly need. Coming back after a hiking day to the incredibly beautiful rooftop spa was the cherry on the cake. Breathtaking views while sitting on the very quite and comfrotable sauna. Staying at JOAS will truly refresh your soul and will be unforgettable.

everything was great. we had a late check in between 9pm and 10pm, we were greeted by friendly staff, we got a welcome drink. The hotel is beautiful, right next to the ski slope, with an underground garage, a great spa area that we really enjoyed. Beautiful and clean rooms with a balcony overlooking the mountains, are actually small apartments with all the necessary things for preparing meals. The breakfast is excellent, varied, everything is delicious, the staff is always ready to fulfill your every request. On the day of departure we could leave the car in the garage while we were skiing, and even showered in the spa area afterwards. we are very impressed with the hotel, the staff and I hope to return one day. Great breakfast with a lot of healthy options. Staff was very nice and helpful and the outdoor space was so peaceful with a great view for the mountains, forest and cows from the balcony. We didn’t use the spa as it was super hot already but that’s a nice to have as well. Location just outside of San Candido was great as it was super quiet but close to the main spots.

Room was super hot and with no AC there was only the option to open the balcony door and invite all the bugs but hey it’s rural location it’s part of the fun.

What a place! Breathtaking views from the balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderfully located if you have a car and want to hike around the area located in and around Cortina. We went for several hikes, including the Cadini di Misurina (which had gorgeous views of the Tre Cime). We traveled in first week of June and there was still a lot of snow and our family of three (including a 9 year old) had a great time. The stay at Joas and the hikes in the Dolomites were the highlight of our 15 day stay in Italy and Switzerland. The town of San Candido, a 8 min drive from the hotel, is a wonderful place for dinners. We had dinner once in a local restaurant recommended by Joas staff but were not very happy with the meal. If you want to savor local, rustic, no frills cuisine, would highly recommend Weisthaler restaurant in San candido where we ended up going twice during our stay.

The bathroom was very small, opening the shower door led to the door hitting the sink.

We loved the location, the room was looking at beautiful horses and the mountains. The staff was always super helpful and friendly! Everything was very clean, we loved the style of the whole hotel. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The WIFI wasn’t working at all in our room, only at the reception. The spa was tiny with basically only no bathing suit areas that made as feel really uncomfortable so we couldn’t even use it. It’s the first time we saw this rules in Italy, and honestly it wasn’t a great thing not to be able to use the spa.

There are so many things to love about staying at the Joas hotel! The view from the rooms is incredible, every room is guaranteed a balcony with a view, the rooms are so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean with every stay, the location in the heart of the Dolomites is perfect for hiking and sightseeing, the welcoming and friendly staff. But the absolute best part of our stay is always the exceptional breakfast they provide. The array of local products doesn't leave you wanting for anything and the staff are always accommodating for any extra wish you have. I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel enough!!

A wonderful hotel – spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with staff that are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. We loved everything about our stay – we don’t have a single complaint. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The furniture was new and clean. We were given a room with a balcony and an amazing view of the mountains and horses right in the backyard which was a wonderful surprise and a view we enjoyed waking up to everyday. Breakfast was great with a juicer, and fresh pastries daily. Plenty of free parking around the hotel and in the garage.

There is no AC so it may be uncomfortable in the hotter months.

Everything, really fine luxury experience. Vegan breakfast, nice and helpful stuff, the location is breath taking, the facilities are new and modern. We had the corner room so the balcony was huge all around the room and we had a kitchen too, how cool is that?

The family's owner are living on the ground floor with little kids so if you don't mind kids screaming on your quit romantic couple holiday, that's just the right place for you😊 If it was me I would make sure my kids screaming inside the house and not outside so the PAYING guest can hear but that's just me, a grumpy old man 😉
