Lovely traditional hotel in a great location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food.

Liked everything but would have also liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel is the perfect location for the Dolomites visit. It is close to the transport which travels to various parts of the area. Some of the busses were included in a free bus ticket, given to us by the hotel. It was extremely close to the supermarket and the town centre. We opted for the half board option both meals were tasty and filling. Our room had a fridge and a heated towel rail. The car park is safe. We used the pool which was a good size. All staff were friendly. Overall we were pleased with the hotel.

What I Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The dinners served every evening were exceptional, with a variety of delicious options and outstanding desserts to finish off the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage space, which was a big plus. Additionally, the wellness area was nicely designed and offered a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

While the breakfast buffet was good, it would have been helpful to have more information about alternative options and a clearer overview of what was available - For example, having an option to order scrambled eggs though they were not in the buffet. Regarding the sauna area, it felt a bit unusual that only towels were provided instead of sheets, which might be a local custom but differed from my expectations. It would also be great if the hotel included more detailed instructions or guidelines on sauna etiquette, as many guests might not be familiar with the proper practices in such settings.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The apartment we stayed in was amazing, spacious, with very comfortable beds and it had everything it needed. The location was perfect, close to the shops, cafes and restaurants. One of the highlights was the dinner with four courses, which were very diverse and tasty. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna areas a lot. Overall, it was a great experience, and we can't wait to be back again. Big thanks to all the warm staff, who made our stay even more likable.

The hotel was much better than I was expecting. It was even bigger, than looked on a picture. When we came, we didn't realize it at the first sight. The woman at reception was very friendly and she even gave us free bus ticket for 7 days. The dinner was just great including few different plates. The hotel is lovely decorated with old furniture and wooden tools. And there is a very nice wellness center in the hotel. So, it was a pleasure to stay here before our 11 days hike in Dolomite mountains.

Bicycles were in poor conditions, but we've got 2 that were good enough to ride them.

location was great and hotel itself is very nice. loved little swimming pool and sauna and half board option was fantastic. Highly recommend it and food was delicious.

BUT I won't recommend if you have a children. My kids (10 & 7 yrs boys ) were very unhappy with lady who never stop staring us and told us to 'shhh' every time my kids were talking. I didnt read reviews before booking this place and it was non refundable so cannot change.
