Welcoming host, good location. We arrived by train and used the train all the time, because it's fast, reliable and comfortable. And the residence is located in a walking distance from the train station - it takes 10 minutes to walk to it with the luggage. The stone pavement near the train station is a bit annoying, but fortunately it last just a few meters. The room was clean and spacious and included a large balcony. Make sure you have a multi-outlet extension cord with you, to be able to charge your phones, etc., as there aren't enough spare sockets. Center of this small town is just a couple of minutes walk from the residence, where we found a nice restaurant. But our main goal was skiing, so most of the time we spent at Kronplatz (Percha station is just 10 min away, where you have the ski rent and direct access to the gondola).

The main light should be brighter.

We didn't get the exact same apartment as shown in the pictures, but everything matched or exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, and had convenient parking, including space for bikes! The communication was easy too.

Hotel was simple but had everything we needed. Owners went overboard to help us.

We were put in a different apartment to the one booked. The lighting was too dim, which wasn't very pleasant, and the bedding far too warm for summer. There was no soap for washing hands or dishes which at this price point, seemed quite stingy.

Entry and passages were dirty, needed a good sweep and clean and entry carpet squares were very soiled, needed replacing . Actual room was clean, but a fold out couch as main bed ???

Staff and service are bad. They sent email to us in Italian less than a night before we arrived. Of course, we don't know Italian!! So, they said we could use google translate. WTF!! The check in location were so confuse since it's in different location with the place we will stay. The sofa bed is old and have noise when we moved. Price is not worth with value you get.
